Ingredients - સામગ્રી
- 1 tbsp oil (એક ચમચી તેલ)
- 1 tbsp mustard (એક ચમચી રાઈ)
- 1 tbsp sesame (એક ચમચી તલ)
- Curry leaves (મીઠા લીમડાના પાન)
- 1 tbsp crushed green chilli (એક ચમચી વાટેલું લીલું મરચું)
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder (એક ચમચી હળદર)
- Salt as per taste (મીઠુ સ્વાદમુજબ)
- Water as per require (પાણી જરૂર મુજબ)
- 1 cup gram flour - Besan (1 કપ ચણાનો લોટ)
- 1 cup curd (1 કપ દહીં) / 3 cup buttermilk (3 કપ છાશ)
