This info is great, and fasting makes a huge difference. Eating breakfast makes me wanna poop and go back to sleep. They just came out with a study saying intermittent fasting is bad for the heart, but I didn’t click on it cuz it’s probably lies, like breakfast is the most important meal. I feel and look way better, and paid no attention to their new study. I wanna do 3 or 4 days, that’s next. But I’m active, so I haven’t gotten there yet.

Drink between the hours of 12-8pm Drink 100oz juice per day. Dry fast for 24-36 hours at the beginning of the month. Stay home as much as possible to avoid temptation. That's pretty much it. I want to make a video about it. Detailing what I went through and how it feels now.

right now it navratri ( 9 nights of divine feminie )going on in india during this phase people keep fast for 9 days and the reason behind these fasts iis that right now the weather is changing in india from winter to summer and this time our body does not need that much food as it is quite busy in adapting to weather change . in hindusim or sanatan dharm the fasts we keep are directly connected to nature like 4 days before full moon or new moon . on the day of full moon or new moon . etc
100%! I regulary do 'fruit days' where I eat as organic as possible fruits, like dates, coconut, man-gos and the like. Almost as effective as water fasting but much less of the energy swings so I can better work and be daddy 😁

As per Kryon human's has 3 Trillions Cellular Structures but because of toxic foods, drinks, medicine & more our cellular are now bombarded with toxins that causes diseases & cancers like diabetes, hypertensions, high blood & many more. If your cellular structors are healed this will multiply more & even help live a longer life including healing of your DNA. I will try this Ancient Fasting. And the nutritionists literally teach me to eat more, because it’s so bad for health 🫠 I’ve gained weight, because I barely eat and my metabolism is slow, because of that. My body is storing fat, because there’s no regular schedule in when my body gets more food. It’s so confusing. Do this or that, it’s always wrong.

I'm on a fast since 3/14 eating only 1 time a day. As of 3/14 I went from 200lbs to 180.08 since 4/08🎉🎉 Yes I do feel differently as well
