동영상 편집 프로그램을 처음으로 익히고 영상 만들어 보았어요
너무 어렵고 힘들게 했는데. . .결과물이 참 아마추어 스럽네요 ^^;;

빅토리아케이크는 영국의 빅토리아 여왕이 즐겨먹던 케이크로 ,
그 이름을 본따서 만들어졌다고 하네요~
층층히 쌓인 크림과 딸기가 상큼하면서도 부드러워요
크림이 층층이 쌓여서 크림양을 너무 많이 넣으면 느끼해질 수 있으니,
너무 많이는 넣지 마시고요~~
하지만 시트에 바른 딸기퓨레가 느끼함을 잡아주긴 해요 ^^
친구 생일 기념으로 만든 케이크인데,
친구도 친구의 식구들 모두 맛있다고 극찬 했답니다~

재료 Ingredient
시트 sheet
1호 2개 또는 1호 1개와 미니 3개
2 of No.1 pan or 1 of No.1 & 3 of Mini pan
달걀 6개(ea) egg
바닐라익스트랙 2g vanilla extract
흰설탕 100g white sugar
물엿 20g honey
무염버터 20g unsalted better
생크림 또는 우유 30g whipping cream or milk
박력분 180g wheat flour
샌딩 & 필링 sanding & filling
크림치즈 150g cream cheese
슈가파우더 50g sugar powder
동물성생크림 300g whipping cream
딸기, 블루베리 strawberry and blueberry

슈가파우더말고 설탕으로 대체해도 되나요?
