It's interesting to see the different ways the games take on halloween (or events in general)! I appreciate how GW2 often has jump puzzles showing up in all kinds of different content, makes me tempted to give it a shot after not playing for so long... And as a side note: That NPC following mechanic does indeed show up in other places, but you won't encounter them until endwalker
The vacation comments are revealing. If work punishes you even just as subtly as no one covering your work while you are away such that you have to work twice as hard before and after the vacation, that's not ok. Csaw, chris, i want you to really think about your job and if its where you want to be. If it is, talk to someone about how to make vacations not punishing like this
