Some excellent recommendations. A few I've forgotten about and truly appreciate the translate app as I've found many issues with Google translate. Even needed it in Pennsylvania. I expected English being in the US, went for a massage and her English was extremely limited. She even answered the phone and couldn't talk to the customer so laying face down on the table she hands me the phone and said "you". I had to talk to the customer and then relay the message to her.
Thanks for all the tips! Some of those I already use, but some I was unfamiliar with. I love that weather app. Very helpful! Another good one for translating written words is Google Lens. You can put your phone over any written words, like on a sign, in a menu, on a food label, etc. and it automatically converts it to English. Brilliant!
Hi Neil and Sarah, great video. It took me twice as long to watch it as I kept pausing you to download the apps as you went along ha ha. Keep up the great work loving your new chanel as much as Go to roam. Best wishes from Perth Australia
I remember you showing me how you organized your documents into google docs before we started traveling. It was a game changer! Thanks for giving such practical advice. I also religiously use Travel Spend. It is so helpful.
Hello dear thanks for sharing you travel experiences. I enjoyed listening to your RUclips. You mentioned the translation app in this video for conversation your masseur was using. What is the name of that app? Thank you !
Thanks enjoyed your vlog very helpful………on a previous vlog you mentioned a book similar to die with zero, I’ll be blowed if I find it again 🤷🏻♀️ so I’ll ask are there any books you would recommend to read listen to like Die With Zero I really enjoyed that one thanks Xx
Great apps and suggestions. The google apps are pretty much replicable by the Apple ecosystem (if you’re an Apple fan, aka me). US ESTA - don’t go to Cuba, all I can say there. I also agree Eastenders should never be watched, lol. One thing that has tripped us up with translate apps is forgetting to download the language while on wifi. We were in Mexico and had no data (dead zone) and the translate app didn’t have Spanish downloaded and we struggled with a menu at a little dive eatery. After that, I never forget to download the language.
Hi guys, quick question about food poisoning and problems with stomach issues when you eat the food on your travels. How often have you had stomach pains and food poisoning and is there more of a problem in some countries or types of vendor (street food for example) than others? They say don't drink the local water, but it's often not possible as vegetables & fruits are often washed in it, then there's ice used in drinks - any thoughts there too? Thanks :)
I visited your RUclips channel and I analyzed your channel . Your videos are so good. But I found some issues in your channel due to which your videos are not ranking well. If these issues can be resolved, hopefully the videos will rank well. I am a digital marketer and SEO expert. If you want I can solve your problems and help you rank your videos better. I am waiting for your reply. Thanks a lot.
Neil and Sarah, you two are the best! Really liking your relaxed new style.❤

Very informative. Travelspend and translate all sounds handy will check it out 👍
Love Travelspend, using it daily. It is also nice to span a reservation cost across dates.

I downloaded travel spend to then find you have to pay to use it. That would have been handy to mention that in your video.
Kayak does the same as tripit, but it's free. Is there an actual difference worth pay8ng for??
