Terrible quality and uncomfortable. Don't be fooled by the marketing. These are anything but a premium shoe. If you need any assistance with your purchase, beware b/c customer service does not exist.

I won't say it's uncomfortable but it definitely takes a while to beak in. If you are like me and don't wear it daily, it can take months. Mine is just about broken in and I can wear it all day without feeling any discomfort. As for customer service, I can't speak on it. Sorry for your experience and thanks for watching 🙏🏽
