I thought this was an 'Extra' mode plathrough, because at 9:50, Kracko Jr. uses his Extra ability, where he shoots out four shots that come down in a pattern similar to raindrops. You could call it Bullet Rain. Guess I don't remember his Normal mode moveset.

Your comment is old but still in the event you still want tips for this: Try your best to learn the game inside and out, knowing the enemy locations, their attack patterns, when and how to act for bosses and things like that. Once you have that stuff down, a lot of older games like these can be a cakewalk. This is because the game's difficulty comes from not knowing what's ahead. I'd reccomend trying the game on Normal Mode, before going onto the Extra Mode, learning all of the patterns there, and then trying to play like this person does. Hope I could help.
How do you download this rom because I’m trying to play it on my 3ds or on my laptop and there’s absolutely no guides to how to do it and I’m not to good with files and all that could someone explain?
The original game only had 5 levels. That was a really small number compared to something like Super Mario Land, which had 12 levels. Sakurai took this into account when developing the next Kirby game. He also thought that, despite being a game for beginners, the game was too easy. And so he made Kirby's Adventure a longer and slightly harder but enjoyable experience.
That's a patcher. The patch itself is an IPS file, and the patcher will ask you for an unmodified rom and the patch, and will give you the patched rom.
The IPS is the patch for the rom, as the previous reply stated, you’ll need the clean original rom and either the lunar ips patcher exe or the web version is great too
