Thanks I have a pretty decent laptop Intel Ultra 7 155H wit RTX 3050 I was freezing a lot playing BF2042 on lowest settings. I had a feeling the 16gb RAM wasn't cutting it for Windows 11 and BF2042. I pick and chose which of your tweaks to apply and I appreciate it man I am no longer microfreezing and the games runs smooth as ever constant 110+ FPS on battlefield 2042 lowest settings. And I don't feel the need to purchase more RAM anymore.
Lost the rumble in my controller since I did the changes in the audio settings, just to keep in mind. Had to retrace my steps through the video to fix it. Don't think that it will affect performance that much
Interesting, but none of that will decrease latency or increase your frame rates. It used to make a difference. Windows XP and Windows 7 but since Windows 10 or 11 no.
I used AtlasOS (a more optimized version of Windows) and made some difference so I would recommend that. But if you want updates, don't use it because AtlasOS disables automatic updates.
Idk why everyone is saying this doesn't work, I have a very very VERY low end laptop and before I did this when I would play "the forest" I would get around 20 fps on average with the lowest settings but now I can get a good 30 to 40 with higher quality. Appreciate the good work man

Disabling E-Cores will get rid of stuttering. It works! Games use ONLY P-Cores. BUT, most games can't determine the difference between E or P-CORES, so they try to use both which in turn creates lag/stutter because E-Cores are not meant for gaming. E-Cores are solely for background/multitasking/system. Not gaming!
Bro the game does NOT choose which cores to use... The scheduler of the operating system does that for ALL processes! windows 10 does a good job at that and Windows 11 will do an even better job! Demanding processes will NEVER be scheduled to E-Cores. disabling the E-Cores will LOSE you performance, not gain any!!! Stop spreading false information! Maybe if you are still using windows 7 or XP, from the time where E-Cores where not even a thing, then maybe the scheduler won't know where to run processes. But if you are still on XP or 7 with modern hardware, you already have bigger issues...

Exactly, and that's when the gaming performance is reduced. Instead of having a single bunch workers that do everything in anarchy, you have ordered ones that share the tasks between each other. Each group has a precise task. However,the thing is , certain devs don't bother to optimize their games with this new architecture of two different kind of cores, which means that you will indeed make these rushed games run better by getting back to them a single bunch of cores.
idk what others are talking about but i did this on a super gaming pc i have (15+ years old) and it runs noticeably faster. Just did this to my gaming pc today. I would assume this makes a good/decent improvement on those desktops which doesn't have the best hardware, like laptops and older versions of CPU,GPU and RAM. On higher end systems with modern hardware, I doubt most of these will make any significant difference, just like having more FPS than the monitors refresh rate. I'd argue its placebo.

your forgot one thing: Windows + r then type "cleanmgr" and press ok when you find your most used drive mine is "C" so press "ok" then select all the boxes and press "ok" and it will delete all junk or cache files

Most programs will create temp files - that's likely where your computer stores most of your temporary files. It's safe to empty out the Temp folder and delete the temp files you find there.
Well after this video i had to use F8 and use restore point... My pc crashed and i cannot open a single app on my desktop. But thanks for the early advice for creating restore point. I guess the reason is disabling services
Guys, if you are using windows 10 or 11, this guide will make you have worse performance instead. I highly don't recommend it. Works somewhat for the older systems though.

Very likely because you've deleted all the cached/temp files in the Windows explorer as shown in the video. There are games which store important data in temp folders. This guide entirely failed to address any of this. Terrible video unfortunately.

I recently switched from win10 to 11 and I can say that there is almost no difference in terms of fps. I have heard that win 11 is better for DirectStorage and HDR. But other than that, I sometimes forget I even switched to win 11, looks pretty much the same as win10.

Disable core isolation, and enable hardware accelerated gpu scheduling and resizeable bar (might help in some games) boom. Done.

this helped me alot, i went to 60fps per second to 360 fps per minute
60 fps is better because it’s each second and 360 fps each minute do the math 60X60=3,600fps so 60 fps is better correct me if I’m wrong

Get a VRR monitor, limit FPS 3 below your max refresh rate and turn on Vsync.

Why do you disable ultra low latency mode in the Nvidia control panel?
It reduces fps and reduces render latency or delay.. So it basically consumes a lot of resources but useful for online fps games like valorant or csgo
Guys, if you are using windows 10 or 11, this guide will make you have worse performance instead. I highly don't recommend it. Works somewhat for the older systems though.
