Backed this based on Heavy Cardboard good vibes, I look forward to taking the time to watch this video to confirm my decision! Unfortunately, no time today.
Not sure if just me, but I don't see this version of the gameplay runthrough under your videos section. The static cam, and all the rest do show up though. Good thing I found this in your show notes section!
Odd, my 2 player expert card needs 22 points for round 1, 28 points for round 2, and all future rounds are more than your card shown. Is this a reprint or revised edition?
@rahdo Ah ha! Thank you so much for the reply! I have been played this game for years, and have yet to beat it on expert 2 players. I watched your rules video just to find anything we are doing wrong/or could do different
Hhhmmm....this concept seems familiar...a country in financial crisis...a Union that is trying to help them....austerity measures....nope doesn't ring a bell. The developers are Greek....nah still nothing.... :P P.S. I am Greek and i am not mocking the game or the creators, i am just joking. And yes i know "pay debts".....
Honestyly guys- "pay debts" is not that much of a option here. Jamaica was in a similar situation- in debt and facing austerity measures from the WB. Austerity has never been the answer to any crisis. They just ended in a endless circle of lowering standards of public services, more debt and more austerity and the fall of agriculture.
Michał Malinowski I said that just because it's the usual answer when you say you're Greek on the internet. I personaly believe that we do owe money and we have to pay back our debt, but the program we're currently in is wrong and everybody knows that it isn't going to produce the wanted results...it's just going to make things worse as usual.
And that's why I think Greeks should go default on the debt. This austerity and a loan is not a help programme. It's a institution of international economic violence. You will never pay this debt down this road. Already Greeks are the hardest working cities of the EU. There is nothing more you can do. If Greece will continue going down that road it will only end up as a country of cheap labor for investors from the richer countries of the EU. Well that's at least my opinion.
Michał Malinowski We should go default ? You mean as a country ? Because the only way not to pay is to not have any money. I don't agree with that, we may be in a tough spot but i don't want to wait in line with a ticket to get food. We saw what happened with Argentina, this isn't a solution. We would starve to death and the black market would thrive. I agree with everything else you said, but i think that going bankrupt isn't a solution. :/
By going default I mean declare that Greece is not capable of paying up the debt and say that the UE should loosen the austerity measures or the Greece will leave the UE.
