Minnesota House passes bill to establish the MN African American Family Act 5/15/24

SF716 would establish the Minnesota African American Family Preservation and Child Welfare
Disproportionality Act. The bill establishes responsible social services agency and court requirements for African American and other disproportionately represented
children in the child protection system.
It passed the House, as amended, 120-0 during a May 15 floor session.
