To create alignement your chi needs to be on in the sense you can feel it. I am sure everyone gets tingles and if you put your palms of your hand almost touching but not actually touching you can feel even the tiniest tingle. You can grow this tingle into a feeling of two magnets repelling each other just by focusing on the tingle for a few minutes everyday. Then when you pull your palms apart as wide as your arms will go you can still feel this magnetic force between your palms. Once the chi is consciously in your hands you can move it to the head. Once in your head it transfers like a pole from earth through the body upto the stars. But a strong as you may feel your chi there is still the heart. The heart might need opening even though you have lots of chi. Probably reflecting on life and how you feel about people and your hurts is what changes the heart. Thought and emotional patterns. Meditation is a perspective it’s a place or a position to allow a peace or calm upon something that feels angry or disturbed in everyday life. But the journey the alchemy is to be able to transfer from the position of meditation the feeling of calm into the flux of life. Meditation does alter your body slows your heart and slows your inner emotions down so anger doesn’t rise as quickly or you might be more patient these changes get welded to you. But life will keep seeking your limits that is it’s purpose and being a shape maker in life is being an active participant in it. The age of the meditators on the mountain removed from society has shifted to democratise powerful changes in the body to all peoples. But being able to find calm in the topsy turvy of the world that is speeding up is a real art. Cultivating chi being conscious of it feeling it and moving it around your body will help make the alignments automatic. Meditation is a phenomenon of gateways and pathways rooted in the physical because you are physical and your bones have tiny holes in them they sing a pitch a frequency that chi flows through.

@@jjrollins313 it is just your body’s chi it’s in every one. The exercisers you might have seen people do in the park Tai chi are based on circular motion. This type of motion increases chi energy. Meditation can increase it if you don’t want to do the exercises even just deep breathing. There is something called standing. tree meditation which is as it sounds you stand still like a tree. The reason behind it is that you plant your feet and legs firmly bare foot to the ground. The chi from the ground enters your body through your feet and travels upwards. Fill your self up with chi then put your hands facing each other and you will feel a ball. You can move this ball around. These are very early first steps to using chi. Eventually you can store it in your head. Then other experiences follow from doing that. You can feel chi from everything man made or organic they all operate with geometric patterns that produce a field and you can transform into feeling these electronic fields. But none of these abilities are very important unless the heart opens that is a very different place than feeling chi. It all depends on how much you want to do and what you bring to it.

I've just watched and listened three times the video. The six exercises you develop in meditation are the core matter. Curious as I am, my subtle intuition brought me to spiritual awareness 14 years ago. Thus the 6 exercises have been sinchronized through meditation in swimming, walking, or sitting in the grass with a beautiful landscape.
. The means to do this is to connect to the ultimate by ones own efforts, and this is done using the "om". The "om"("if" in swedish) is "a u m" and that is 4, 1, 7 of the "chakras". You can find this in Patanjali Yoga suttras. Truely we draw universal Love into our being for guiding our good health, asking "God" to guide us. There are instructions to how to pronounce the a u m to get a natural nourishing vibration.

I noticed sound at an early age. At 3, I was humming the tone my mom's vacuum cleaner. I would play with the sound by bending it sharp or flat. I had no idea what I was doing. At 9 I was blown away by my dad's friend who played guitar. So I started that. I still play and I am 47. I observed the strange occurrences with vibration on the six strings of the guitar. Sympathetic resonance. I would hit a note that would be either EADGB and notice the spontaneous vibrations in the corresponding strings. I have been in tune with sound like Tesla was with electricity. Bold statement, I know, but it's nuts. When I finish building my sauna I want to design a tub for my head like the ones at the barber. Have it in contact with a large speaker hooked to my phone. And maybe a small mic so you can chant to yourself and truly vibrate the water in my brain. Use the phone to play different frequencies. There are so many possibilities. I see videos on all kinds of stuff. I’m always worried I’ll pick the wrong “method” and get duped in my lifetime. @spike - As I understand it, there are 7 main chakras. I've been reading a book called "The Chrystaline Transmission" by Katrina Raphael. The book is about the uses of chrystals for spiritual enlightenment, although Raphael does a great job at the beginning of the book explaining the numerous other chakras such as the Stellar Gateway, soul star, causal, crown and earh chakras. Her explanation of how they all tie in makes perfect sense and is super easy to understand for a beginner like me. Maybe there's a PDF copy you can find.
When i was a kid. About 16. I wished extremely hard to be able to go on a trip which my mom could not afford. One night it got so intense and felt asif i was dreaming awake, super strong vibration around my skin, ice cold spot on the tip of my head.. Next morning i could bearly walk, ( well i felt stiff and uncomfortable) asif all the circulation in my legs were messed up, and an.."inflammatory" type pain just above my pelvic area..like a deep tooth ache... I've tried many times to "look for the chakras etc"since to "get something right" but never happened again. Always stays 'normal'..i try to remember what it felt like but it slips away. My friend told me about the chakras gave some advise on how to use it...soi try to visualize it, i get that right.. But i assume it's fake after 40min or so coz nothing ever goes past the "visualizing" part. Get frustrated and sleep haha... But yeah that weird inflamed thing was super real. So something happend.

To create alignement your chi needs to be on in the sense you can feel it. I am sure everyone gets tingles and if you put your palms of your hand almost touching but not actually touching you can feel even the tiniest tingle. You can grow this tingle into a feeling of two magnets repelling each other just by focusing on the tingle for a few minutes everyday. Then when you pull your palms apart as wide as your arms will go you can still feel this magnetic force between your palms. Once the chi is consciously in your hands you can move it to the head. Once in your head it transfers like a pole from earth through the body upto the stars. But a strong as you may feel your chi there is still the heart. The heart might need opening even though you have lots of chi. Probably reflecting on life and how you feel about people and your hurts is what changes the heart. Thought and emotional patterns. Meditation is a perspective it’s a place or a position to allow a peace or calm upon something that feels angry or disturbed in everyday life. But the journey the alchemy is to be able to transfer from the position of meditation the feeling of calm into the flux of life. Meditation does alter your body slows your heart and slows your inner emotions down so anger doesn’t rise as quickly or you might be more patient these changes get welded to you. But life will keep seeking your limits that is it’s purpose and being a shape maker in life is being an active participant in it. The age of the meditators on the mountain removed from society has shifted to democratise powerful changes in the body to all peoples. But being able to find calm in the topsy turvy of the world that is speeding up is a real art. Cultivating chi being conscious of it feeling it and moving it around your body will help make the alignments automatic. Meditation is a phenomenon of gateways and pathways rooted in the physical because you are physical and your bones have tiny holes in them they sing a pitch a frequency that chi flows through.

@@jjrollins313 it is just your body’s chi it’s in every one. The exercisers you might have seen people do in the park Tai chi are based on circular motion. This type of motion increases chi energy. Meditation can increase it if you don’t want to do the exercises even just deep breathing. There is something called standing. tree meditation which is as it sounds you stand still like a tree. The reason behind it is that you plant your feet and legs firmly bare foot to the ground. The chi from the ground enters your body through your feet and travels upwards. Fill your self up with chi then put your hands facing each other and you will feel a ball. You can move this ball around. These are very early first steps to using chi. Eventually you can store it in your head. Then other experiences follow from doing that. You can feel chi from everything man made or organic they all operate with geometric patterns that produce a field and you can transform into feeling these electronic fields. But none of these abilities are very important unless the heart opens that is a very different place than feeling chi. It all depends on how much you want to do and what you bring to it.

I noticed sound at an early age. At 3, I was humming the tone my mom's vacuum cleaner. I would play with the sound by bending it sharp or flat. I had no idea what I was doing. At 9 I was blown away by my dad's friend who played guitar. So I started that. I still play and I am 47. I observed the strange occurrences with vibration on the six strings of the guitar. Sympathetic resonance. I would hit a note that would be either EADGB and notice the spontaneous vibrations in the corresponding strings. The Assemblage Point is not the heart chakra, nor is it inside the human body. it is outside the human body at an arm's length away behind us, at the height of the shoulder blades for most people, inside of the Cocoon of energy.

It's between the heart chakra and the throat chakra, Imagine a person with long hair that reaches down the middle of the back, that is braided into one ponytail at the back of the head, now pull that pony tail away from resting against the back about a foot, and that gives you an idea of the energy field known as the Assemblage point.

@spike - As I understand it, there are 7 main chakras. I've been reading a book called "The Chrystaline Transmission" by Katrina Raphael. The book is about the uses of chrystals for spiritual enlightenment, although Raphael does a great job at the beginning of the book explaining the numerous other chakras such as the Stellar Gateway, soul star, causal, crown and earh chakras. Her explanation of how they all tie in makes perfect sense and is super easy to understand for a beginner like me. Maybe there's a PDF copy you can find.

When i was a kid. About 16. I wished extremely hard to be able to go on a trip which my mom could not afford. One night it got so intense and felt asif i was dreaming awake, super strong vibration around my skin, ice cold spot on the tip of my head.. Next morning i could bearly walk, ( well i felt stiff and uncomfortable) asif all the circulation in my legs were messed up, and an.."inflammatory" type pain just above my pelvic area..like a deep tooth ache... Anyway years later i learn about chakras from a friend that does yoga... And put two and two together (i thought my pants were too tight while sleeping, which caused the pain) oh and i did go on the trip..But my point being. This stuff is real folks... Might be abit biased toward things like this coz I've always believed in these things... But take it for what it's worth... I've tried many times to "look for the chakras etc"since to "get something right" but never happened again. Always stays 'normal'..i try to remember what it felt like but it slips away. My friend told me about the chakras gave some advise on how to use it...soi try to visualize it, i get that right.. But i assume it's fake after 40min or so coz nothing ever goes past the "visualizing" part. Get frustrated and sleep haha... But yeah that weird inflamed thing was super real. So something happend.
