I just found your channel and I liked & subscribed immediately. Nice reveal, thank you for sharing it. I'm looking forward to watching more in the future.
Thanks so much! Appreciate the kind words. I LOVE that Maris card too. Perfectly centered and sharp. I watch a little your videos! Keep up the good work 😊
Nice to see you on here again. You got me to play hundreds and hundreds of Inside Pitch baseball until I found out the game has difficulties if you play games out of order.
You sound just like the great Detroit tigers hall of fame player and play by play announcer ( excecially when you say 5 ) great job in the video !!!!!!
After cracking the card out, I just put the card under bright light on a hard surface and took a sock (a dress sock works best), and lightly rubbed the stained area. It comes off pretty easily on the front surface of a card. The back, not so much. Try to avoid corners and edges of course. It only took 2-3 mins
I haven't graded any cards yet. I have a '56 Ted Williams with a pin hole. Did I hear you correctly with that Clemente card that cuz of the pinhole it couldn't get higher than a 1?
@@gcxred4kat9 Pinholes usually mean a grade of 1. However, I have a 1958 Ted Williams that had a faint pinhole mark that was really hard to see. That card got a 2.5.
I have the collection I have because I buy High end raw cards I've collected for 64 years and graded cards are a racket I'm not going there . I can buy bigger and better love collecting
@@michaelsorrentino601 Yeah I love raw cards too. The vast majority of my collection are raw cards. I enjoy getting some Hall of Famers graders too though
Really loved your presentation..I collect vintage only...learned a lot
@@richardfrances7679 Thanks Richard!
Excellent presentation. Your experience with vintage cards was reflected in how close your estimates agreed with the final SGC grades. Great job.
Thanks so much Arthur! I’ve found SGC to be very consistent in their grades. I can usually guess within 1 grade of what they grade
Hi - I really enjoyed you going over all the cards and how you acquired a bunch of them. Really beautiful cards. Have a good day. Barry
Thanks Barry, I appreciate the kind words!
Great reveal. Just subbed can't wait to see more of your collection.
Appreciate that! Yes I imagine I will definitely show off more cards.
Very nice submission!! I like finding raw vintage and getting it graded, sounds like you do too!! Great video
Yes! It’s my favorite 🙂

Thanks so much! I had fun doing it. It was my first baseball card video but I will do some more. I need to spruce it up a little though haha.
Nice cards. Really like the 58 Banks. Beautiful Cards.
Yeah I was shocked at that grade since it was in a PSA 4 slab albeit with a stain
Every card had Great Eye Appeal, nice selection
Thanks Carl! I think so too. Eye appeal, color, registration, are all things I look
For in a card. Appreciate the comment.
Really nice cards! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks! Appreciate it!
Thanks so much!
Great cards and grades ..congratulations !
Thanks! I am happy with the grades too!
Great job on the Banks all-star. Great order and awesome cards!
Thanks Steve! Really appreciate it!
Nice submission and grades looked good. Congrats. Keep up the good work.

@@stattad Yes Inside Pitch is a great game but there has always been bugs in the computer version. Hope you are doing well!
Nice vintage cards you GRADED. I like SGC better than PSA.
I like SGC’s consistency, price and turnaround time. And vintage looks good in a tux. I still like PSAs slabs too though. Lighter and more sleek
Thanks!

George kell ( forgot to add his name lol )
George Kell! Cool! Thanks so much. I have several of his cards. Will show them off sometime 😊
With SGC, it all depends on the grader you happen to get. And you got one of their good ones. I always get the grader from hell. Congrats.
That’s how I feel about PSA. It seems they have one generous grader and the rest not so much. To me at least, it seems SGC is more consistent.
Some nice ‘67 Topps there. The Yaz is tough to find that well centered.
No doubt. Centering is becoming more and more important to what I look for in a card
Thanks!
Nice video
Thanks so much!
I'd take that '56 Ted all day! The Doby is my jam ❤️
@@warrendinCLE Yeah I love those cards!
What did you use to clean the Banks 1958 to remove the wax stain? Would love to know the process of cleaning that front surface.
