Every few months I come back here to see what you guys have watched, and you people never disappointed. Shimoneta was the first anime that I ever watched that was not mainstream. I look forward to this reaction. :)
RIP Anna's VA. She did a phenomenal job in her role. Also, its sad that day by day the premise of Shimoneta is coming true with all the censorship bs in all forms of media.

Honestly really enjoyable show and underrated lmao. Am i the only one who took this whole series in a very different and straightforward way to say that inappropriate words and content is okay if used in moderation and the correct places haha. All a part of life. some scenes are just crazy though.

So the first episode went over a lot Things to keep in mind The title is "A world where the concept of dirty jokes doesnt exist" is obviously suposed to ellude to the fact the world is one where it doesnt let you express sexual themes yet people still have kids despite the act being sexual shows the flaw with the world, in protecting people they're crippling them too since how are they supposed to turn into adults without facing that fact through proper sex education, Okuma has to spread the lie and Fuwa knows he's bullshiting since if the text books were correct why dont the adults tell her why women have huge bellies when going to a gynachologist
