So I had just watched this right before installing one, same problem you had, the bracket and bearing didn't line up, the angle was completely wrong, and the extension only went in a ¼ inch, same exact problem you had. That's what I get for trying to be cheap
I just caught Your Vid, I'm having the same issue 10/20/22 on a 03 3500 Dodge, the bracket no fitsky, they told Me to take Pictures , and send them so they can see Issue.!

Make sure all the bolts are loose before you install the bearing so you can make ajustments

Interesting...I didn't know they made these for the dodges. I have a brace on my Duramax for 4x4 launches. Pitman and Idler are notorious for going out on these dang IFS.
Bad Dog Diesel yeah man we suffer with that wobble bad. I did a complete swap of parts before for my steering last summer. I still need dual stabilizers
You tightened down the brace before you installed the bearing to it. That could of been some of the issue you need to center the bearing before you tighten everything
Naw I tighten the bearing first I know what your talking about man.
Amazon has some good deals on them. And fit completely

I always triple check parts on ebay or amazon and compare them to the major brand items, before I buy anything through ebay or amazon, If the parts are cheaper, They could be a cheaper Quality. But if I do any mods on my truck I'd spent the extra $$ so it doesn't put my truck, Myself and Family at risk. And I make sure they fit

Same brace i have on my truck. That stub that fits on the gear box looks to short. Mine was longer and fit perfect.
Yeah idk what was wrong with that one but it sucked.

Hey man, this doesn’t happen to be a can brace was it? I just tried installing one and left to right fits great but not enough play fwd and aft to allow the bolt holes to even align for the bearing

Hey devil. I'm a new subscriber, and the couple things I have to say are to say what brand of part you're installing. A link to it in the description would be super. Other thing is you mention stuff in some videos that you're going to "go back and do such and such".
