Nice job in giving a realistic view of the different places to live or visit. Please, do a video exclusively in Miami and other neighborhoods where you can just walk to everything like shopping centers, supermarkets, clinics, parks, schools, etc. Thank you.
After riding my ebike through Coral Gables, that's got my vote if you can find a place and afford it. Almost has a plantation like feel or even more northern, established vibe. Biltmore and Venetian pool right there, and lots to do at Miracle Mile. Aventura and Bal Harbour you can't beat either.
Learned so much about the different areas...thank you so much for making this video, Catherine. Makes me feel I'm really there, and appreciate your detail. Love that you also covered Little Havana. I have never been to Miami yet, but what a gorgeous city! You are definitely drawing me there and love your beautiful accent and calm, lovely voice as you take us on these adventures. 🌴🌺🌴
If you like to be close to everything, good public school and up and coming. Shenandoah is your place. Is super close to Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Calle 8. The best part of it is that is the most elevated area of Miami. Is not in a flood zone.
I actually had average prices for each area but it does vary quite a lot... I will see how I can do a review of this video with a better idea of prices per neighborhoods, apartments vs. houses, etc.
Really appreciate this video and a big thank you for the insight. I am currently living in Belfast and my plans are to come to Miami and run my own business there. I feel that when I move to Miami, I will have made the right move because I have the right attitude for Florida and I am a very positive and supportive person. Looking forward to my new life there in the not too distant future and I am looking to the day I can turn my back on Belfast for good :). Here is a like from me and please keep up the great videos.
For a person on ss like me, with a family, where would be suitable? I'm from Los Angeles and need to move to Florida. Where? I'm not sure! Can you help?
Where would someone who's lived in NYC, Boston, DC, CDMX, Singapore, Jakarta, someone who wants to make do without the coffin on wheels 🚗, bike and walk as much as possible, and live in an apartment feel most at home? Wynwood?
I got a new job in Pembroke Pines and will be moving in 2 months, what suburbs/cities around this area do you suggest?? So far I've been looking for 3 bedroom townhouses/condos in Weston and Aventura.
I was going to ask the same :-), I am looking for an escape from Chicago. I can tolearate a libtard or two but once they outnumber you and start electing your mayors and governors, life turns into hell.
@@Utubedeletescomments Waiting for thorough election audits, stay tuned, that's coming after Maricopa. Some traditionally blue cities have already turned red, and next year is going to be epic. The only way to prevent Dems from turning your city into another Detroit is to boot those assholes out of office. And yeah, you can move to Detroit, we'll leave it blue as a cautionary reminder to all others.

To me it's one of the best!!!!!
Coconut grove, South Miami, Palmetto Bay, and Pinecrest shouldn’t had been excluded from the list.
Kendall
Do you assist renters in Miami? Moving there this August but I want to rent until I get acclimated at my new job. Love the video!

Work in Coral Gables but need an apartment in a more affordable location- where would that be?
There are many variables to your question… If you want, please emailed me with the details of what you are looking for in terms of price. Thanks.
Very nice video
😥 I wanted to know an estimate of prices.
Show them the Pork N Beans. Nice area.

Where would someone who's lived in NYC, Boston, DC, CDMX, Singapore, Jakarta, someone who wants to make do without the coffin on wheels 🚗, bike and walk as much as possible, and live in an apartment feel most at home? Wynwood?
All that area around Wynwood, Midtown, Edgewater, Brickell, South Beach, area are pretty walkable and bike friendly.
I got a new job in Pembroke Pines and will be moving in 2 months, what suburbs/cities around this area do you suggest?? So far I've been looking for 3 bedroom townhouses/condos in Weston and Aventura.

The best place is in Broward County.

It depends
@@francissteele2633 yes, just don’t buy in Fort Lauderdale Or Lauder Hill the rest is all good
Miami is my fave; but I prefer Palm Beach over Broward!
👎
Isin't Coconut Grove the best????!!!
Most of Miamians would pick Coral Gables over coconut grove.
@@ayestaranysugaleon9620 Really?? Didn't know that! I do like the Gables as well. Oh, don't forget Pinecrest as well!! Another beautiful community!

Miami spring believe me your going to like the city if you’re a republican you’re welcome
Coral gables too
Don't like democrats , don't move to large cities , move to Alabama .

No she is Cuban , I live in Miami and this is a Cuban person speaking in English
Dummy. Strange is good. You don't like it , take a hike.
