OLBERT HIETT, JR was a SPECIALIST FOUR in the Army during Vietnam. He shares what life was like on a communications base in Vietnam. He tells us about the job he had to do, while they protected the base, too. He also shares details of the Vietnamese culture, as well as what Army Life was like where he was stationed in Vietnam. Also, he reminds us that, “For some people, Vietnam was AN event in their life, but for others, it is THE event that happened in their life.”
