  • Quinoa and all other grains need to be soaked to improve its bioavailability. Soak quinoa in filtered water for 24-36 hours by adding teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
    This #healthy #pizza base recipe without yeast contains zero flour, no wheat, no gluten. It tastes really good too. Win-win!
    We eat this pizza mainly for #breakfast, but it can be served anytime. Can be frozen for later.
