Custom Wood Glidebait 5.5 inches and 2.75 ounces

I make these custom wooden glidebaits in my garage from poplar. Each bait is hand carved, and drilled and shaped to imitate some of the baits our favorite gamefish love to eat. These lures weight just under 3 ounces. Each lure takes several hours to make, assemble and paint. Short twitches of the lure look like and injured baitfish. Trolling the lure causes the lure to swim back and forth in a very wide glide. You can reel this lure in very slow or very fast - up to 10 mph. It is assembled with through wire construction using to best materials available. As a topcoat, I use envirotex so the finish lasts a very long time.
