Hello Philly! I have no words to express how happy and thankful I’m with you ! Thank you for making and taking the time to stop by Atiquizaya , and for showing the world we Salvadorans are Afro descendants or Afro mestizo like I recognized myself. God bless you, outstanding videos. ,thank you for the information. ……. Please help the Afro Salvadorans communities all over the county to be recognized by contacting other Afro Associations in the USA , Europe and Latin America . The more pressure we’ll put into this issues, the better result we can get , The Salvadoran government has to change the Salvadoran constitution and accept the Afro Salvadoran population in El Salvador, we don’t want to be denied no more . Africa is part of the Salvadoran history, culture, music , religion and gastronomic too . Greetings from Houston tx. 🙏🏾🇸🇻🌎🌍

As a mestizo of indigenous n European descent I'm learning so much about Afro Salvadorand with your videos, i never knew all this history n the influence African descendants had m have in El Salvador.
Thank you for making these videos man, I hope one of these days they add that article to our constitution, I'll send Congressmembers this video through Twitter since many members of Congress speak English n try to get their attention to get them to pass it, it prob won't work but imma try.
The only Afro Salvadoran i knew growing up in El Salvador was my nephew but it was very rare n i left the country when I was 11 so I didn't get the chance to meet other Afro Salvadorans.
    Again, thank you.

It’s good to learn about our diversity in our beautiful El Salvador. I leave in America (Baltimore, MD “go Ravens”) since 1979 and I had no idea we have at least a small percentage of African-Salvadoran! We are all one before Gods eyes; say no to racism, and remember: regardless of our skin color, we all bleed 🩸 red!!

Interesting 🤔, I grew up thinking we are all salvadoreans, never labeled someone as afro or such. To me, I grew up with kids of different skin complexion but never thought of them different, or were treated different. So I do not see why we should do what they do in the United States where people are labeled by race, or the skin color. I don't like that, I am white but have 4.4% African, am I african? No, I am Salvadorean, I am 35% spanish/Portuguese, so does that make me a SpaniardPortuguese? Nooo.. I have native indigenous Salvadorean pipil 54%, am I indigenous, not totally but maybe.. I am sill Salvadorean, why confuse people?? El Salvador is a beautiful mixture or blend of European, native, Spanish/portuguese and africa from the 1500-1600 or else none of us would have a small percentage in our DNA. We are confused enough, let's leave that alone PLEASE! There is enough issues in the country that need to be addressed, major issues for someone foreign come and stirr the pot even more!! El Salvador is NOT USA, lets understand that. Thank you!!! There is nothing to prove. We have beautiful PEACEFUL people ALL together.

I don't think we can't call ourselves racist cos we're not even a developed country or race that can feel we're better than any other
    Like cocasian people or Japanese.
When we innocently call names to someone else is because we're ignorants!!
We From 🇲🇽 mejico to the Patagonia ain't no better or superior than another race.
    The more diversity the better!!!

I surprisingly love El Salvador. I say surprisingly because I met Salvadorans in the US, and to be honest. I didn't really care for them, but the ones I met in the country were very welcoming, humble and loving. I can't wait to go back.

El Salvador mostly has a mestizo population. It is not the same to talk about skin color than ethnicity. As in all countries there has been segregation of Jews, Chinese, Palestinian Arabs, etc. Do not try to demonize the word black, it is very normal to use it without the intention of doing any harm, in fact a husband says " Mi Negra " My Black.Do not try to make in El Salvador of the "descendants Afros" the North American tragedy of the recent widespread because of slavery. In El Salvador there was indigenous slavery, and thank God that wound is closed.

Well it's latin America and just like us here in the USA it is a melting pot with different races thanks to the Spaniards, French and Portuguese. But this black dude had to realize that he is not Afro Latino and he just wants to make videos like this not for himself or other afro latinos but he is doing it in spite. This is a way for him to go to the states and say hey man people that look like me are in your country so we are Salvadorian when there is no we you are not Salvadorian nor are you African you Afro north American just a black dude from the USA.
