I stayed here in January. I had a great experience and loved my room, but my brothers room next door had a bunch of broken stuff in their room. Also, due to covid they had a bunch of the restaurants closed which is one of the main reasons you go to an all inclusive. I am sure there are worse places but also some better around.
Please Take care. The hotel is under construction. There are no toilets restaurants and WiFi at the beach. We hace to wait 40 minutes to go to Circle or The Reserve. People are complainig all the time. We can not believe it how they sold rooms without letting us know about this unpleasant situation.
