This was easily the best race of the year. The highlights don't do it justice. There was constant action, the drivers had to drive their hearts out, the cars were extremely difficult to drive, the race played out naturally with no sense of artificial nonsense, and on top of all that it was a race of attrition where you see even the best drivers in the world struggle to handle the cars and the track. This race was quintessential NASCAR and was one of those races that reminded me why I fell in love with this sport.
Darlington is widely considered one of the most challenging tracks in NASCAR, turns 1 & 2 are configured differently than 3 & 4, making it tough to set the car up properly for both ends of the track, and the surface is very abrasive, meaning the tires wear out extremely quickly, so the drivers need to manage the tires very carefully
I was on the track for iracingofficial this last week, it took me almost the whole week to get my A license, it does feel more natural to run the high lane than other ovals, but the tire wear and sliding is very real. 20 laps and you pray for a caution😂😭
9:10 yes honestly, a couple years ago when NASCAR was really declining in popularity and it was hard for some teams to pull any sort of sponsorship i could’ve seen it shut down but i hope that it never does because this is my favorite sport💯
The highlights don't it justice in this race it was great race probably the best this season. It had it all...almost all the the playoff drivers had problems, Kyle Busch fined $50,000 for the the way he entered the garage and the finish of the race.
The indy road course was the best race of the year until this. I hope the rest of the playoff races have this kind of action. And btw, kyle busch got fined $50000 for how aggressive he was driving back to his hauler. You should check out the interview he gave after that wreck
Kyle Busch being typical cryle Busch he was fined $50 thousand for the way he entered the garbage almost running over a few people he should’ve gotten a points penalty and a one race suspension minimum
@@IsaacBatflipgoat1 don’t really know what me being a chase fan has anything to do with it but whatever I guess almost running over several people should just be ignored then
I truly believe Bubba will break out and have a good year next year, but he'll never - EVER - win at Darlington. He is just plain not good there. It's a difficult track and he's just too aggressive a driver to tame it.

I LOVE DARLINGTON

Not to mention how narrow it is
the wild part of the race was seeing almost every single playoff driver have issues during it, changing the points battles constantly.
what a crazy finish, Kyle Larson is insane
Darlington is one of if not the most difficult track also harvick hasn’t won since late 2020 he’s been disappointing this year

Bush got fined Is $50000 for going through the cones the way he did. He should have also lost points.
Well Richmond just happened and holy mother that was so boring only 9 cars on the lead lap

@@IsaacBatflipgoat1 Does not matter if his in the playoffs or not.
