This is a possible serial killer case I’m begging you to look into Julia Woodward was 21 and last seen at an airport terminal in San-Fran, heading to Reno Nevada for a job opportunity. Nearly two months after arriving in Reno Nevada, her remains her found in a rural location. Her cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head. She had her eyes taped shut with bandages, her legs had been tied together with zip ties, and she was gaged with what appeared to be her own clothes. Convicted murderer Charles Sullivan’s DNA was connected years later with Julia Woodward’s case, but that’s not the end of this story. Many news articles state, “It may be likely that the killer is linked with picking up hitchhiker females that are similar in appearance to the currently suspected victim. The killer of the following women targeted young women and female children, often who were hitchhikers or traveling somewhere. There are similarities in these murders, including blunt trauma as a cause of death, closeness in age, and being buried in a “shallow grave” in the desert.“ Jeannine Smith 17, was last seen at the Circus Circus Hotel on October 28th. Remains Found earlier that year. She has similar blunt force trauma head wounds as a cause of death, and had been buried in a shallow grave. Just like Julia prior that year. Joanna Robinson 23, on September 21 1975, Her remains were found in a shallow grave, in a rural area, close to the other victims, especially close to Jeannine. Cause of death could not be determined based of circumstances but she was last seen in Oregon, the police are looking at it as an abduction homicide. Cindy Cook 16, January 25th, 1981, her remains were found near an intersection in cold springs. She was a short distance away from train tracks and was found in a pile of sagebrush. She was last seen hitchhiking close to the dumping ground of Julia, Jeannine, and Joanna a day before her body was found. Her purse and belongings were found a few miles away from her body, dumped. Gloria Crummett 16, her remains were found July 26th, 1971. Her body was found in similar condition, same cause of death and she was close in appearance and age with the other potential victims. She was reported missing on July 16th, 1971. Susan Rae Perron 14, who’s remains were found in the desert on April 16th 1973. Approximately 5 miles away from highway 95. Cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma to the head. Just like the other victims. She was last seen walking to the park to go swimming. Jody Marie Miller 13, was last seen on June 21st, 1971. Her remains were found on November, 2nd 1971. In a shallow grave in the desert, very close to previous victims dump sites. Two possible Jane doe’s. Along with another possible hitchhiker victim. These women deserve justice and their story to be told. It’s all way too familiar to be coincidence. Please give this case the time of day and spread their stories. They deserve to be heard.

Fou Lla He’s 45 (which is crazy to me, I swear he just turned 40). They were high school sweethearts. His son is my age. We grew up down the street from each other. ☺️
The guy who assumed they were just passed out drunk, reminded me of when I was like 10 I was biking through a forest trail, and I found a dead body. I panicked, biked home and told my parents who walked out with me to the spot ... but the “dead body” was just a guy who passed out drunk in the grass apparently 🤷🏼♀️
NoelleXandria-Find me on Insta, OnlyFans, Twitter . After 4 were ruined they should have stopped. They did more damage by trying to develop the film. There have been several cases where dna evidence was held back for decades until science could safely extract the dna .. if this was your child would you be okay with them destroying all 9 films?
Browns Chicken massacre in 1993 Palatine, Illinois. Seven people were murdered and piled in the walk-in. The killers never committed another crime but DNA evidence found them and they were put on trial in 2007.
Ари Фёдорович I agree that would be a good interesting one for Ellen to you tube on. I live in south burbs of Chicago saw the news stories and the break in the case. Tylenol mystery is another one although never been solved.
mary Bruhns ....I’ve only lived in the US for 4 1/2 years. I’ve read about major cases in Illinois. I read about that. They never caught who did that, did they?
I grew up in the town where this happened. I was about 3 at the time. Even though it's "solved" people definitely still think it's not the whole truth. Such a sad and tragic story.
Why is it always the sweetest, kindest, and just overall amazing people that die in a horrific way. It seems like in ever single video, the victim is described as bringing so much joy and light to people. Its so heartbreaking.
im pretty sure its out of respect for the victims, most probably have good and bad sides but honestly i think everyone would prefer to be remembered with happiness and joy :)
I dunno but when Eleanor said Opie Hughes’ husband begged Hartsfield to tell him who sexually assaulted his wife, it broke me :( but also I don’t think it was just the two men involved. Either a cover up, or more people involved
Agreed I don't know if they were the main people of the crime, but they were defiantly involved. The DNA was found, and it's (from what I know) difficult to frame someone with blood. They cousins were involved in some way, and I'm pretty sure they know who assaulted Opie Huggins.
my mom told me about this story and she was actually there. She said she was about to go inside but something told here to just go to the drive through and about and 1day later after she got home this story was on the news and it was the exact same KFC she was at!!!!!!!!! im so thankfull that nothing happened to her! and she went to high school with the guys !

Its weird to think that the baby (I think it was David and his wifes) would be around 37-38 yrs old now. But also rip to those who died its a horrible way to die at such a young age as well
Honestly I feel like those men could have been framed. I think this could have been a cover-up. Idk who it was covered up for but, I don't think that film was ruined by accident.
K A Maybe they developed the film altogether? I took a photography class and as long as you have enough materials (which is still weird because they cost a decent amount of money), you can develop multiple rolls of film at once.
My brother in law’s father was one of the victims. I’ve never heard the whole story because it’s not an easy thing to talk about. Only read a few articles. This is heart breaking.
"... If this really was a napkin from the scene 20 plus years ago... then why did it look so white?" Me (out loud to no one) : "Oh my God Pinkerton. You can't just ask why things are white!"
Is it true that most Kilgore residents feel that law enforcement was involved in the murder and believe that the framing story may have been true? I know several have stated that they don't believe that one man subdued and killed five people, two of whom were athletic and physically intimidating.
@@ERASEREPLACEPLACE I'm from near Kilgore so I can 50% speak to this, I have mostly heard that police were just incompetent and useless more so than complicit in the crime. What I have heard is that they think there was an accomplice but police never got them
@@ERASEREPLACEPLACE People believe that the police just didn't do their job well at all. They focused in on one guy for so long and forgot about all other leads. People do believe that there are at least 3 people who helped in this murder. They believe they are all related and that's why they would never give up the other suspects involved.
Omg I'm a child of the 80s why couldn't they at the very least get the photos developed at Kmart or somewhere like everyone else did back then? There's so many weird things about this case that just don't add up
MITACHELL Games we definitely have K mart in Texas lmao. There’s also Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Target and plenty of other places to print photos. This country may be crap but even way back then there were hella places to develop film.

KFC drug ring theory aint that crazy tbh, my small town had a KFC, found out they were dealing meth in the drive thru, then found out it was being made across the street in the local motel. Motel got gutted and rebuilt, KFC got turned into a 24 hour donut shop, stoners were thrilled af hahaha
I was pretty young when this happened, but I remember when it was solved. This also reminds me of the Brown's Chicken Massacre of the early 1990s, in Palatine, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago). It too took years to solve, though not as long. I believe it was about 10-12 years before that one was solved, due to advances in DNA forensics. The Brown's Chicken Massacre happened when I was a teen, and it was not far from where I grew up.

WAY TO FIND NEW CASES On the Texas criminal justice website you can go to the death row section where you’ll find multiple subcategories, you can look at the woman’s section or the men’s section (which is much longer). If you click that it’ll give you a list basically saying their name, gender, age, and race. Another thing it says is their number (idk the proper word, the thing that identifies the criminals.) clicking on that you’ll get a photo of them, their full name, their age, the grade they graduate, and a brief description of the crime they committed. Once you find a case you’re interested in you can look up their name and you should be able to find the ‘*name* V. The state.’ Warning, a lot of the cases on death row involve young children being attacked/ murdered.
There were evidence inside the KFC of the 2 black men blood, but they never spoke of the wounds, if it was on his shoulder, arm etc. Inconclusive evidence Something is still wrong.

If they didn't have the funds for proper development, then what would you suggest, that they do nothing, guaranteeing no photos, or at least try?
NoelleXandria-Find me on Insta, OnlyFans, Twitter . After 4 were ruined they should have stopped. They did more damage by trying to develop the film. There have been several cases where dna evidence was held back for decades until science could safely extract the dna .. if this was your child would you be okay with them destroying all 9 films?

I dunno but when Eleanor said Opie Hughes’ husband begged Hartsfield to tell him who sexually assaulted his wife, it broke me :( but also I don’t think it was just the two men involved. Either a cover up, or more people involved
Agreed I don't know if they were the main people of the crime, but they were defiantly involved. The DNA was found, and it's (from what I know) difficult to frame someone with blood. They cousins were involved in some way, and I'm pretty sure they know who assaulted Opie Huggins.

Honestly I feel like those men could have been framed. I think this could have been a cover-up. Idk who it was covered up for but, I don't think that film was ruined by accident.
This is a good point because I was wondering why they’d ruin NINE WHOLE REELS of film?! After the first one, I’d be more careful!

Maybe they developed the film altogether? I took a photography class and as long as you have enough materials (which is still weird because they cost a decent amount of money), you can develop multiple rolls of film at once.

Kilgore, Texas is my hometown. I grew up hearing this story and personally know a ton of family members of the victims. Great job telling the story!!
WAY TO FIND NEW CASES
On the Texas criminal justice website you can go to the death row section where you’ll find multiple subcategories, you can look at the woman’s section or the men’s section (which is much longer).
