The moral of the story: Making a Spider-Man game is incredibly difficult, but it's still easier than convincing Sony to produce consoles at a reasonable rate.

Scalpers only buy so many, it's not like there's 50 million consoles out there in the hands of a couple hundred scalpers, they're dropping the ball if they can't keep shelves stocked for more than 5 minutes a year after launch
the problem with avengers is probably because the game focuses on the co op play.if you are hawkeye or cap, u wont be able to really keep up with spiderman swinnging like ps5's version but still i think they could have managed a workaround, like cap could ride his bike or something

As a Developer on Unity, Unreal Engine, and Roblox (Unironically it has a pretty fun Development Studio) I can say This actually looks dope and I would definitely pay to play the finished product if it ever did get finished.

Thanks! Took me a while to figure out actually. I have a hidden object that is my nav mesh agent that’s on the ground. Then Green Goblin on Update does a Vector3.Lerp to the hidden object’s x and z coordinates and Spider-Man’s y coordinate + a constant (so he’s higher than SM). This works pretty well but will cause GG to stop at the perimeter of a building’s rooftop (rather than going on the roof like Spider-Man) but it works for this game as he’ll just toss bombs from there at Spider-Man rather than being overhead him.
I actually wanna play your game Lol... Great Work bro, people like you inspire me to keep learning how to do this stuff, even tho im still really Noob.
A tip for you on swinging animation, when the swing begins change the pivot point on the spiderman model to the point where the web hits the building, and switch the pivot point back when he lets go of the web. This way, you will get much more natural movement when swinging.

I do really like how Spider-Man pulls himself off the ground to start swinging and doesn’t just jump.
