i had my Tympanoplasty some 1 month ago in my first followup doctor told me everything is fine came back after 2 week. in between my second followup i have ear discharge. and whene i visited for my 2nd followup doctor told me there is so much vax in my ear and he can't see my ear drum. doc told me to get my ear clean and then visit him again. today i had my ear cleaned and person who cleaned my ear told that i have small hole in ear. what does it mean and how concerning is it?

You should see your ENT for a follow up.
In your case he most remove the wax with suction not with water pressure . I don't know how he cleaned
I have a hole in my ear drum next month is my surgery plz pray and does it pain after the surgery
