After 20 odd years playing this god awful piece of shit, watching this brought me tears of joy! Never did i expect such a nail biting ending. Thank you kind sir! I wonder what other amazing endings the Tiger handheld game series hold?
I really want to play more of them! Even if just to hear more unique awful music that's sped up about 300% faster than it should be. I love rarely-seen nonsense in video games. I'm the kind of person who gets excited over lazy unlockable concept art galleries.
I really didn't think there was an ending of any kind to these fucking things. So it was a real surprise to see it just stop and hear a new piece of "music" play...Fascinating in fact. What was that tune anyway? I agree, as shitty as these things are there's a certain degree of charm to them. Another Tiger handheld i used to own as a child was "The Terminator" i'd LOVE to see the conclusion to that one in particular. You should definitely upload more of these! You have a new subscriber, i hope to see more of this content Thank you
If you play this video on RUclips's 0.25x speed mode, you can hear what the music is supposed to sound like. The in-game music is the Marble Zone theme, and the ending is some long high pitched beeps, then goes into a butchered version of the beginning of the Green Hill Zone theme, and then it cuts out.
In all honesty, I ended up using save states in MAME to never ever fall in the water. When I was a kid, I had the actual version of this game, and never got past Labyrinth for the same reason you said-- once you fall in the water, it seems like you can never get out so you just have to hope you reach the end of the level before you drown.
TangoBunny Ah, that's great. I've been playing this and the recently dumped Sonic 2 and both have this issue, Sonic 2 is even worse as it has water since the second level, so I guess I'll have to try save states too then. Thank you!
The best part about this is the fork and the electric socket having loud relations in the background
I love how you can even hear a shitty version of the green hill music in there
I think it's a combination if marble zone and green hill too
The song is a bop

Dude, it's so similar to a game and watch game.

I beat this game before Sonic Mania.
I’m glad that Sonic got to the end of the game successfully.
Still more playability than Labyrinth
That's something I never expected to see.
Sonic the Hedgehonk
Game over

Wow
How did you get past Labyrinth? I can't get out of the water and it doesn't seem to have bubbles

You need to jump two times
@@TangoBunnie I got past labyrinth as a kid
What site did you get this emulation from?
I can't say any sites, but it's emulated in MAME.
It's because I want to try out this LCD game one day
Tiger really is disgusting.
Sounds just as bad as Sonic 3D Blast 5. Not as ear-raping though.
Worst video game ending ever
