Hey my name is Baby Sunshine Legodi, studying my Second year in Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of the Western Cape. Part time High school Tutor and Mentor I am a firm believer and product of black excellence. Tip: try having 4 types of veggies for variety in your meals .Maybe you can have 2 types of veggies for 2/3 days & the other 2 types for the remaining 2 days of your "work week" .Frozen veggies are convenient .
Thanks for the mealprep and storage plug. My problem with mealprepping is that it never makes it till day 5 cos I be having it for breakfast lunch and dinner lmao . But I'll try this time around!
The first week was my hardest because my food didn’t make it to the day 5 🙈🙈🙈 that’s the biggest problem about meal prepping is not eating all your food at once

I wish I had that kind of thinking when i was in varsity. I think prepping 2 to 3 different sides for the week will not make you feel that you eating the same thing everyday. Meal prepping also reduces food wasting as u put everything either in the freezer or normal fridge. Smart thinking.
