@Adorkable Chan, No need to feel lost. I think it is fair to say that most painters would call Ultramarine Blue a warm color, even though it is a blue. For a blue, it clearly contains some red in it, and therefore is considered a warm color.
@@Kimmieziven this is probably because red is generally considered to be the warmest color. So to determine warm or cold, we could see red as our starting point, instead of yellow. So in your example, if you mix blue with yellow you get green. That is moving away from red in the color circle. In fact, green is the opposite color of Red in the color circle. Therefore, blue-green is often considered the coolest color. I hope that helps.

Im lost , half people say ultramarine is cool and ither say is warm
