I think you should! Dogs love to have friends, and it helps them learn to socialize! It wouldn’t be hard to train the basics to it, because it would look up to the other dog and follow what it did. It can also give the dog someone to play with, so they wouldn’t bug you all of the time. As long as you introduce them correctly, I think that Tesla would love to have a friend!

Having two dogs is great, that way they are never alone if you have to leave the house for whatever reason. also seeing how your current dog follows you around, just means that she loves you. You should def pick up a second dog :)
We have 7 dogs, all senior rescues, and were severely abused set on fire hair pulled out, etc. Get a shelter dog save a life. Long-time sub, keep up the great content.

Extra Note:see if you can maybe get a newfoundland, Labrador or a Basset-hound cause I've had all three and they are the best breeds ever
(also if you do go with a basset hound just know that they come with floppity loppity ears which i think london will aprove of 😂)

Greyhound. They're 45mph couch potatoes. Seriously great dogs for apartment life, so very chill. Twice a day outside to pee and then they sleep.
Yesss! They’re truly amazing and so underrated. My friend owns 3 of them and she takes them to do lure coursing once a week just for fun then they’re perfectly content until the next week. Her greyhounds sleep more than my Shih Tzu 😂

The house is huge and if you guys leave she won’t have anyone to play with and would probably feel lonely
But it would probably be high maintenance to keep 2 dogs in such a huge house especially if the dog sheds fur a lot and poops everywhere
We got a second puppy earlier this year and it has been great. Best thing is the older dog helps train them.
You should get another dog! I have two dogs and foster pups from a fantastic organization called Wolf Trap Animal Rescue. They save dogs in need of homes from kill shelters or found abandoned

Clare does have a point, animals do get lonley too, so having another animal friend to socialize with when you're not there, but obviously there's more responsibilities

Siberian husky is a pretty great dog breed or u guys could get a Golden Retriever those dogs are really great. 😄😄
Huskies are stubborn, independent, hard to train, shed like crazy, and need a LOT of exercise. They can pull sleds for upwards of 137 miles a day. As a pet, they need 2-3 hours of heavy exercise daily to satisfy their physical needs on top of their psychological needs. While huskies are beautiful, they’re not for everyone which is why so many end up in shelters. Goldens are great though! Just have to watch out for backyard breeders because they’re so popular.
A good name for the Roomba would be the cleaning guy from Wall·E, M-O.

Get a German Shepherd or a Husky. Both are amazing dogs especially the german shepherd. They are great protective dogs but very friendly at the same time. They are very good around kids and dogs if you tell them that they are not enemies. But if they aren't friends, than that person is in trouble. Also german shepherds are super smart and very easily trainable

We've had 2 dogs at once before. They have since passed away. I don't know what advice I could give you in regards to having a second dog if you decide to go that route.

Tesla knows that Dan didn’t want her so naturally she likes him more. Animals have a way of knowing who didn’t want them and then making them fall in love. Happened with my dad and our cat. My dad didn’t want a cat but now he loves the cat.

I think if you do happen getting a dog (which I think you definitely should, I got a second dog, and my other one is way happier now), I think you should get a doodle, (golden doodle, labradoodle, etc)
Any doodle is poorly bred and comes from an irresponsible breeder. There is no reason to pay twice as much money for a mutt than for a purebred from a good breeder. No responsible breeder would cross their dogs with another breed therefore all of the purebred parent dogs of the doodles, come from bad breeders. Most doodle breeders don’t fully health test their dogs either which increases the risk of health issues. They are also not truly hypoallergenic until they are at least 75% poodle (even then it’s not guaranteed). And at that point, why not just get a purebred poodle from a responsible breeder for half the price? Also, they come in three acceptable sizes according to AKC: standard, miniature, and toy. There’s a size for everyone! You may have to wait awhile, but it’s so worth it when you’re matched to the perfect puppy!

Yes, you should get a second dog. I got 2 dogs and they play with each other but they can get into mischief. my best advice is if you do get a second dog to make shore they do not fight.
