GTA San Andreas Torenos Last Flight

T Bone Mendez and Ryder were both killed at Pier 69 but Mike Toreno escaped. Woozie has tracked Mike to a helicopter landing pad at the SFPD headquarters. Drive to the helicopter and kill the guards, then get the rocket launcher and chase the helicopter and shoot it down.
