In this clip, Tommy Davidson opened up about getting cast on "In Living Color," which he said he initially didn't want to do because he was getting offers from Disney and lead roles in big TV shows. However, after being on "In Living Color," Tommy spoke about the show taking off due to the talented Black writers and the comedians, and he also spoke about the show winning an Emmy. Speaking more about the show, Tommy detailed impersonating various celebrities, including Michael Jackson, which he demonstrated.
Keenan Ivory Wayans described Tommy Davidson as a new age Sammy Davis Jr. A guy who could do comedy, sing, dance, and was an all around performer.
The home alone Michael Jackson skit is a classic.

Robert Townsend was running things in the 90’s, I wonder what happened to him? Also, these dudes were so freaking funny, they make SNL lame and boring. David Alan Greer and tommy are so funny, tommy doing the dinosaur in the Jamie fox movie is classic
Robert Townsend is still directing. He recently did Black Lightening, American Soul, and The Wonder Years.
