    Nice job!!! First time we've seen anyone use Glycerin.... and I like it! We've recently bought contact solution and clear Elmer's glue to make these, trying to do them 2 different ways. We cracked the 1st cup and decided to try again a different day. We also have seen others say not to use anything other than Chunky cut... Which I've been loving the jumbo cut lately too. So..... **says So in a weird voice** ... Thank You sooooo much for schooling us once again girl!!! We trust your judgment!!! And, SOOO nice to see the NEW Glitter Chimp Epoxy being used!!!

    Thank you so much for making this so much easier to learn! Is it true that once you drill the hole, the cup is no longer insulated so drinks won’t stay as cold for as long? Can’t wait for GC Epoxy to launch! I have Allumilite that I bought like a year or so ago, and never got to really use it, and now one of the parts/bottles is yellowing and just by picking up the bottles it makes your hands smell. Can’t wait for this much better option so I can make my first tumbler :)

  • @angelmom916
    @angelmom916 2 года назад +2

    You should use distilled water as eventually the reg water will grow mold...I use diff solutions...glycerin and distilled water,baby oil and distilled water and sometimes glycerin and baby oil,clear glue and contact solution ,mineral oil instead of baby oil...I just experiment..but always distilled water....I let mine degas overnight...and idk if anyone has seen the post in groups...But someone got a letter from Starbucks asking them to please stop doing these cups and selling...gave her 45 days to sell off her stock...Soooo,they are cracking down also by the looks of it...

    can you add some of the liquid first to prevent all the glitter from sitting on the bottom?

  • @kjoscrappinmama
    @kjoscrappinmama 2 года назад

    Do you ever have an issue with static? I was putting my glitter in and it all wants to cling to the sides and top (bottom) of the cup SO much! I am also fighting the last of the darn air bubble! I just can't get it to completely fill. I'm so frustrated with this cup right now! LOL! My first one though, and it's for me, so I won't be too hard on myself, I know these things take practice and patience! Yours are beautiful!! Thanks for your great tutorial!!

    • @TumblerTV
      @TumblerTV  2 года назад +1

      Static will be more common during this time of year with dryer and cooler air. Once you get the glitter added and start to add the liquid; remember to shake the glitter cup when it’s only about 2/3s full to get the glitter to coat into the liquid.

    • @kjoscrappinmama
      @kjoscrappinmama 2 года назад

      @@TumblerTV Thank you for your reply! Yeah, I didn't take that into consideration! I filled it about 1/4 of the way, rolled it around and twirled it, added more liquid, about halfway, repeat, and then all the rest. There is still a small bubble of air that I can't get to, even with my tiny needle tip bottle being pushed into it! I let it sit overnight and will try to seal it up later today. Again, it's just for me anyway so hopefully it'll be okay! Thank you!!
