Clan Smoke Jaguar was reformed as a clan from Smoke Jaguar descendants, under the supervision of clan Wolf's khan Alaric Ward after the conquest of Terra in 3151.
@@yolobathsalts I'm half tempted to get into the Battletech Lore for RUclips since as far as I know that there isn't one who is pro Clans. I always laughed when the Clanners would call the player a “Freebirth” or whatever in the Mechwarrior video games. It’s almost like Wrath of Khan didn’t survive into the 31st century.
I like the clans and the clanmechs too. I had the most fun in tabletopfights with clanmecchs against other clanmechs. They are evenly strong, but the games are shorter, because claner hit more often. I’m new to the game & this video helped a ton! side note, maybe don’t open with “hello there, my fellow clansmen” if you ever take a trip to North America 😂❤

I can't get into any of the new lore because the direction went so far into left field I personally can't relate much to it anymore so luckily for me the clans story ends at FM warden and crusader clans and continues on with whatever stories I write for myself and the mechwarriors in my games.
@@janrautenstrauch4729 I think a part of it is also how little time I have to catch up on all of it and how different the landscape seems. I have way less time than I used to to learn lore and stuff like that. I just stick to the older eras that use rules I'm familiar with.

Well done Sir! Love the Clans! Nice Synopsis.
Glad you liked it.
So is the Clan Wolf video going to be extra long or will there be separate videos on Clan Wolf-in-exile and Wolfe's Dragoons?
Probably separate videos. Some of these clans will get 2 or more videos each as, unfortunately my voice doesn't let me do 30+ minute episodes.
What about the Wolverines (the not named Clan). Yes they are no more, but same happend to some of the other Clans.
Will hopefully get to them in turn. Had to cut on a couple in this video as it was already getting long.
