Someone please confirm @6:26, in 2nd term of short circuit, I think it must also be multiplied with 'f', because we are finding total power dissipation so total number of switching from 0 to 1 and 1 to 0 must also be consequential as then only total number of times of short circuit connection can be found out and not just by the probability.
We should not use low vt devices for low power dissipation as they increase leakage or static power.

I guess, here I_peak means average short circuit current over the period T
there should be high Vt devices to reduce the static power
