This was very helpful. I saw someone recommending these cups but I’d never heard of them and the website doesn’t give the in depth detail like you have. Thank you!
Completely skipped the 'drinking' options of the stainless steel water bottles I thought? Like how do you drink from it and what about the 'gold steel straw' option? Website not clear either. Or was this done prior to Frank Green's release of the ceramic water bottle option, or is this the same thing?
I love my stainless steel coffee cup. Keeps my coffee hotter for much longer than the plastic cup. If you order from the Frank Green website you can customise your cup and choose different colours for the cup, lid and button.
I love them so much. I have the plastic one. It feels like it has a silicone outer layer which feels nice to hold. I like the feel more than the steel (which if you are buying they call it ceramic). I also drop my cup a lot ...A.. LOT... and the plastic/silicone one just keeps going. I’ve had it for a few years now. It’s wonderful. I had the plastic drink bottle and the plastic spilt after I dropped it one too many times, but still impressed. This Australian summer I’m going to try the steel/ceramic. 🥰🥰🥰🌿
I have also tried most other brands of reusable cups and managed to brake them all haha 😆.... and they spilled often... nope Frank Green for me please. I’m a nanny by the way if you were wondering haha. So parents, I highly recommend them. Driving the kids to school and out at the park ... coffee! 😆✨🌿
Just ordered a water bottle and coffee cup and have seen some negative stuff out in the internet after I have paid! So was feeling I made the wrong decision! so glad to come across someone that swears by it and loves the product 😅
No I'm afraid not unfortunately, the drinking hole isn't a straight hole to the cup but rather and opening slit for liquid to pass through. Hope that makes things clear! :) - Ed.
Great coffee cup. Cleaning is annoying. I feel I have to dismantle the lid every time to properly clean it. For some reason I keep doing it though. So idk it must be good..
Rushfaster thanks for suggestion. Sadly, not the right option. I’m looking for a leak-proof thermos (Joco is not) that has great heat retention (none that I have tried live up to both claims) and I can throw in my backpack and not worry about. Joco is a lovely bottle but won’t stand up to my NYC lifestyle. I don’t know if it’s the lids or the body but the best of them out there don’t do their jobs. As a design freak, this is driving my batty. I’m gonna try a simple, insulated Kleen Kanteen with a screw off lid and put that to the test. If that doesn’t work, I’m going to have to invent one. Thanks so much for replying.

I’ve had mine for years I love it. I’m just recently ordered the bigger size coffee cup.

can a straw go in the "drink hole" of the coffee cup?

Also a straw kind of defeats the point of using a reusable cup
@@h.l.211 Hhahah
@@h.l.211 have you never heard of a reusable straw? lol

It is indeed a great cup! -Rolan
Is the lid easy to clean??
Have you found something better for coffee? This semi-thermos sounds like it has leaking issues. So many do. Deeply annoying.
If you're worried about leakage problems, you can look at JOCO cups as they have a really good lid design and seal :) - Ed

We're not the actual company Frank Green - but shame to hear that!
