I haven’t been watching for the craziest longest time, like a little before you started the pod but my favorite part of your videos is just like slowly piecing ur life together, and like on the pod it gets really crazy cause when other people are talking it gets you to open up about things you don’t always wanna go into complete detail about in ur other videos so we get all these like answers and missing pieces to old stories, it’s fucking lit keep it up
It would be interesting to see him completely dance around the fact that he’s a drug addict. It’s funny how for someone who does so many psychedelics he never truly lets his ego go because if he did he would at least have a different attitude
I want yall to know that when lush says he doesn’t want to get sober that he is lying. You can tell by listening that he clearly understands that his drug use is not healthy. He is in denial when he says that. A classic case of active addiction

@@tomcadogan9047a lot of drug addicts DO want to get sober because they don’t like how it harms them, but they are reliant on it, so some may justify it by saying they don’t even wanna quit. now this isn’t every case and of course many drug addicts do not want to quit but i’m sure this is a common thing for people.
As someone who uses suboxone, I relate to Lush with this aspect. No matter what, that monkey is gonna be on your back. Better to have a Pygmy monkey than an orangutan. As long as you are taking care of daily life and enjoying it. Humans use substances and always have, coffee, cigarettes etc. I remember Lush being on a super strict AA tip at first, so he was too hard on himself and psyched himself out.
Lush is all love, you can easily tell he’s the friend you always can count on, like, he’s always trying to make everyone feel good and doing the best he can. Honesty. Would love to see him getting up on his own again aside from NJ.
Nah you cant count on him. He got fired last year for talking behind everyone back at NJ. Then proceed to steal half a perk from adams desk. Hes a good soul but i wouldnt trust him with 10k

I have Hella respect for Lush after watching him talk so openly about his struggles with addiction. I'm a recovering IV Heroin/Meth user and I understand how harmful the stigma around addiction is. Lush talking candidly like he did helps fight that stigma and humanize our brothers and sisters who are battling drug addiction.

18 months clean from everything. You can quit and be happy. God saved me. I started praying and i quit. I was terrible out there in the streets or Lawrence Massachusetts. People will say negative stuff about my faith but i quit!!! People seem to focus on that negatively instead of me doing good. I have to tell the truth of how i did it. Believe its possible. 🙏🙏🙏

Yup! The power of prayer. I’ve been using the stuff called Kratom . It’s basically like liquid herroin to me and I’ve been trying to get off it for 3 years now. About a year ago I started praying hard and I actually stopped for a while but relapsed later on . Dec 28 is gong to be the day I change my life with the help of prayer🙏 .
@smithwesson6620 i will pray for you. I was on subs for the 1st 11 months kept trying to taper but couldn't get off them. I ended up getting sublocade and i been off since. Dec 29 it will be 7 months off the subs. Good luck i am praying for you 🙏
Sounds like Lush having a hard time growing up. It's the same for alot of us who start using at a young age. You stunt your emotional growth. So you start using at 15 stop at 35 or whatever and all of a sudden you supposed to be a grown up but mentally you still that 15yo. It's a trip but you gotta move past it to be successful in recovery. Come to terms that you not a kid anymore you a grown man living with the consequences of a life of using. Doesn't mean you become a lame like lush thinks he was. You can still be wavey sober. It just looks different then your expectations. Those expectations gonna hold you back. It's a hard rewarding journey but the only thing you can't do is use. Everything else you figure out over time. Hope Lush don't lose any more time chasing ghosts and trying to recapture a time that don't exist anymore

Goblin bro. You cannot get xanax easily prescribed. I tried for years for legitimate anxiety and panic disorder and they would not prescribe me any benzo. They kept switching me from 1 bullshit drug to another. No matter which doctors office I went to I could never get any benzos. To this day I need em and can't get em prescribed
Relapsing sucks, but if you catch yourself before you hurt yourself, you can snap out of it and gain your right path after. I was addicted to Xanax in my early 20s took about 10-20a day and I chewed 5 at a time. I quit and never went back but as I fell into opioids later on in life and went on a 7 year streak that I wish I can take back… Be well folks, I smoke trees everyday maybe that’s the ticket I duno
Trees is obviously less hazardous than other things, but if you can ever get to a point in life to walk away from it, consider it. I was a heavy from age 14-41, quit and 3 years clean. Dramatic change in my brain chemistry. Not trying to preach, just random thoughts

I was on 280 mg of methadone and I wouldn't take a dump for about 2 weeks at a time it was gnarly.. finally I got locked up and kicked 280 mg of methadone cold turkey in the San Jose jail easily the worst 7 months of my life
Much respect to both of y'all I'm also a recovering addict myself was addicted to heroin and cocaine for ten yrs I've been clean for 9yrs and all I do is smoke my weed now and life is amazing your both open and well versed in addition congrats on both of your success and accomplishments
After I was administered antibiotics for several months due to bacterial endocarditis i was left with years of sudden bowel movements and diarrhea. Like a decade later still having issues. As soon as I started using opiates/ opioids it went back to normal :)
Yeah theres acouple new studies that say that, especially with the fent, i have one of em saved on my phone cause people dont believe it, its not as bad as benzo or severe alcohol but its still more common then people think it just gets misdiagnosed/ reported as other things, especially if you have any underlying condition it could make worse

After I was administered antibiotics for several months due to bacterial endocarditis i was left with years of sudden bowel movements and diarrhea. Like a decade later still having issues. As soon as I started using opiates/ opioids it went back to normal :)

Yeah theres acouple new studies that say that, especially with the fent, i have one of em saved on my phone cause people dont believe it, its not as bad as benzo or severe alcohol but its still more common then people think it just gets misdiagnosed/ reported as other things, especially if you have any underlying condition it could make worse
