The 2nd gear is so nasty!! So underrated car by the community imo. It doesn't have the tech like a Mercedes or reliability like a Toyota but I'll tell you this; nothing drives better. Every enthusiast should try one. Unbelievable car.

I mean it’s not necessarily a large vehicle. Bigger than a sedan yes but it’s not anything like a GLS or something bigger. Like a borderline midsize suv, it’s definitely small to someone who’s pretty tall and large.

Welcome to the SQV famiglia brotha!! Just don't let it sit on the driveway too long in the cold, she doesn't like that. The fuel lines can get a bit of air if you don't drive for too many days and it gets cold, got to keep her hot and oiled

I have the 280BHP Veloce which is more than enough on Britain's 30MPH roads... And still pops in sports mode "D" ..Great product AR.

Why make sound ? Silence is a techno feat. Are you happy when very noisy motorcycle runs on your street /making wonderfull noise ..driver would tell/ ? Or when lawn mower is super noisy ?

Im an Alfa romeo Fan I drive alfa romeo , I found them best of the best notso famous like BMW or Mercedes but the car quality is the same or even better with much cheaper price even if u need to buy parts it's still cheap with very good quality

notice how accurate the speedometer is, unlike german cars with their 7-8% off speedometer, like audi at 265, the real speed is 250
It's the cause the Alfa has the largest allowed wheels fitted.
This is unlike most German cars, where you're allowed to fit larger wheels than what comes on the car stock.

For example:
A B8 VW passat can run 19" rims with both 215/60 tires and 215/55 tires.
Picking the larger tire would increase the radius, and thus the circumference, of the wheel by 10% - and since a speeometer isn't allowed to display a speed slower than what the car is actually traveling, the car manufacturers have to tune the speedometer to the largest wheel, legally fitted to the car.

High rpm quick shifts seem like their going to break something and at high speed the noise hints that something is going to fly off...

Sounds mean! Does it have an opf? Because from what I've heard the Giulia doesn't because of some fancy fuel injection system. Does that apply to the Stelvio as well?
They use the same engine. Every Stelvio and Giulia past 2020 have additional port injection to avoid the requirement of a OPF. It is the case with many new vehicles where they use both injectors depending on the load and conditions. No Alfa Romeo V6 has OPF

You literally have no clue what you're talking about. Stelvio has a turbocharged engine, so peak torque comes sooner and pushing it to max RPM will literally do nothing. If it was a N/A engine it would make sense to redline it in order to use as much torque range as possible.

@@sanakhvi No, launch control is totally different. Launch Control always declutches on forehand. Brake boost puts a lot of pressure on the system and is not suitable to do all the time.

@@alim7502 It's a 90 degree V6. It simply won't fit on a FWD platform like the one Tonale is built on. The most powerful engine Stellantis got available and that will fit, is the 2.0l GME engine.
Alfa claimed some 3.6 seconds to 100km/h? Maybe if the driver is 85 kilo and the car had no glass sunroof, race fuel, and the carbon fiber seats!
On a real road with normal configuration, 4.3-4.4 sec. is what I am getting to 60 MPH. And I am 220 lbs. on 92 octane.
You think the 3.9 sec. is achievable without removing the back seat? 😅
There's plenty of review videos where the car does 3 6 secs. In the UK we have 95 octane as standard and 97 octane premium at the pump. Maybe that's the reason.

Mam wersje Veloce Stelvio 280 PS rok produkcji 2022....jest bardzo dobrym autem na zakrętach ale i tak 43000 kilometrów zrobiłem po No Limit autostradach w De......nastpępna będzie taka 510 PS tylko bez łopatek przy kierownicy.....zupełnie nie mają sensu....
