Father Michael Himes (May 1947 - June 2022) is a Roman Catholic priest and theologian. He served as a theology professor at Boston College and University of Notre Dame. He received his doctorate in the history of Christianity at the University of Chicago. Fr. Himes is also the author of numerous articles and books, including two that were recognized with the Catholic Press Association Book Award in Theology.
