Me and my wife both are applying independently in different programmes. We plan on travelling together but not as dependents of eachother, how should we approach the question "will you be travelling with your partner"?
Answer "No" to the question "Will you be travelling with your partner?"
Explain the situation in the additional information section of the application. Clearly state that you and your wife are both applying for student visas independently in different programs and will be traveling together, but neither of you will be listed as the other's dependent.

But there is no requirement to upload employer documents while filing this student visa application so on which documents they will verify documents with employer?
It depends which degree you have applied and it terms, for Example for MBA in some good uni you are required 2 years of experience then Home Office can go back to your employer to check that your case is genuine, hope that helps...

No, its not like that.
Home Office got all right to check anything you mention in your application. You declare and accept this that you allow them to check / verify anything you have mentioned in your application.

Also, i still have my BRP card and it is valid till the 5th of September, should I tell them about that or submit any document to show it?
I wanted to ask that if I sell gold and deposit money in my account for visa statement, then which documents would be required to show proof of the amount? Urdu hand written receipt with signature but no stamp of the jeweler and an English affidavit of selling gold, would these two be enough?

If the proof is genuine, like the jewellery shop and try provide its website or pictures too in your application, original receipt along with the Translated affidavit, it can be considered as an evidence. Provide evidence that Jewellery shop is registered business and pay tax (like your country taxation website link of that business registration)
I am writing to seek guidance on correcting an error in my UK student visa application.
I have my Application Reference Number and IHS Reference Number, and have not yet paid any fees. I previously booked an appointment but cancelled it.

I mistakenly selected "Yes" for Chevening, Marshall and Commonwealth scholar in the visa type section. However, I am actually a recipient of the Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Munda Overseas Scholarship.
Query:
Should I:
1. Cancel my current application and submit a new one with accurate information?
2. Apply for an amendment or update to my existing application?
3. Take no action and proceed with the current application?

How you got IHS fees reference if not yet paid ?
If nothing is paid then correct your application (start new application) to avoid any delay or questions / answers as that will delay your case.
Chevening Scholarships applications are treated differently & they get reply in 2-3 days. And you case is different.

Please I got a student loan which they paid directly to my school in Dundee 10k pounds after which I got my CAS but I will provide my living expenses of 9,200 and the balance of 5k from de school of 15k pounds.... How do I fix this in in my application??? Do I need to state I got a student loan as I will sponsor the rest for my self
Is this Uni of Dundee or Abertay ?
Yes, you need to mention about the loan and provide receipt. The loan paid the tuition fees, so what about the living expense ? You need to show enough funds to cover your 9 months living expenses.

Yes, you need to tell Home Office where the funds are coming from the source; its for AML & KYC And you also needs to show the funds for the 9 months as per new rules

@@UKknowledgeGuru My BRP will expire on the 5th of September and I am currently not in the UK. I finished my foundation year and returned to my home country and since my course will start on the 16th of September and I’m not in the UK, I’m applying to a student route visa
You should use your BRP as your previous UK visa. But you have 10 days to start and you planning to apply now...don't you think its bit late as enrolment last date will be an issue.

UK Student Reference Number

CAS Number
Stands for Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies.
A unique reference number issued by a UK educational institution to international students.
Used to apply for a UK student visa.

Yes, the Home Office Visa Officer needs all these documents to know where the funds coming from and who is paying. At the time of appointment, you will do just biometric. You upload documents yourself before appointment, you can upload at the time of the appointment but its better to do it before.
