That guy whom was eager to help solve the cases for those children is rather odd. I can only think of 2 things: 1)he's just very emphatic and compassionate and very enthusiastic/eager to help people but just very odd at showing it 2) he lost a child of his own or a nephew or had a friend who lost a child and wanted to help other parents find their children alive or in some way give closure to them.

awww that family should have been allowed to adopt Roger and keep him since he was happy there and doing well..moving kids around often causes more hurt and pain for them..and problems in adulthood...id say only move kids if they aren't doing well with a family

FlashDance002 Such a sad story but I am so happy that they found each other. Foster kids go through so much and to have a bond like that is awesome.

FlashDance002 how could you leave that lil boy. It broke my heart seeing him beg not to leave. Think about having a child for 3 years. Why did they have to move? I wouldn't ever leave my child behind. I am glad they all seem healthy and happy.

I can only imagine it was something they couldn't avoid, maybe the only job he could get -or was transferred to- was in another state. And with their own kids, quitting and finding another job would have put them all out on the street. Just the way she talked about him, and being a foster kid herself, it doesn't seem like she'd have just ditched him if there was a way around it. I couldnt imagine that kinda situation, that had to be just horrible for everyone.

The Tim Binder case seems like a Good Samaritan, who is just a little over enthusiastic and eager to help. Maybe he had dealt with someone he knew a family member or family friend who was kidnapped as a child, maybe this is his way of getting closure. I don’t think he’s guilty he’s just a good man who might come off a little weird.

Sorry, no. Guy's a weirdo. Wanting to help has nothing to do with writing letters to underage girls. That's grooming. I'm a mother and if anyone did that to my daughter...Crying over a complete stranger, the child's mother no less? Good men have better things to do than visit children's graves constantly, especially those completely unrelated to him. The only thing he did that's good or helpful was to help look for them, I'll acknowledge that. Otherwise, I sincerely hope that someone has kept an eye on him.
At the least, I'd bet his lawyer told him to back off, he should be smart enough to do that.

Tim Binder is a Berkeley grad. That makes perfect sense, and makes his strange interest in helping out seem not so strange. Berkeley students are typically obsessed with causes.

@@bridgetbruso5924 His behaviour was bizarre though. Visiting the grave of one of the victims 90 times a year. Who does that? I read up on him, he made some bizarre comments to Amber´s mother as well. The guy was a weirdo even though his heart may have been in the right place.

@bridget bruso Yeah, no. Sorry I'm late to the party, I just found this. The guy was a nut. He may not have been a killer but I'm a mother, and if some weirdo wrote letters to my minor child, acted like a loony toon about my child's disappearance...
These days, he would have been charged quicker than you can say registered sex offender.

Hold on... So Tim Binder was let go.. despite the fact that the victim's scent was found on his vehicle as well as on the grave he was visiting... and some random psycho in jail who was pretty much on Death Row anyway said he killed the victim so the police closed the case??? .... Am I missing something here!?! .... This seems a tad odd to me...

    • @Romans8-9
      @Romans8-9 5 лет назад +3

You need a little more than a dog´s scent. They searched his house and found nothing. I don´t believe he abducted Amber. His behaviour was strange sure, but most child abductors don´t return to the scene of the crime and befriend the mother of the victim.

    • @capacola262743

@@DragonQueen78 maybe they do. did you ever come home and something is broken or garbage spilled on the floor and you say to your dog "DID YOU DO THIS???" and the dog's face and body language says "not me!! must have been some other dog. i am innocent!" if they could talk, they would lie. ALSO, maybe they were just trying to please their master by pretending to smell, OR, maybe the dog handler decided binder was guilty so he lead the dogs to the grave OR the cops just lied (for the same reason) and said the dog smelled binder at the grave, when it never happened at all OR maybe the dog made a mistake. THINK ami, THINK!

what kind of stupid law says you can't take a foster child out of state? and if you loved your child enough you would say screw this job, I'm not losing my child for it, I'll find another career where I can stay in the state and keep my child.

12:32 maybe he just had someone in the family named Angela that went missing, or died young, and he just does this as a form of remembrance. The culprit at the end (spoiler here) was somebody else.

The Tim Bender guy ... ? Commonwealth; Laziness with no motivation... Really ? This Tim Bender said he was "helping to look for Amber" ... then sues police ? He invested in some psychological "warfare" at uhhh... at Berkley ... no child or woman should be around this type of sociopath... He likes the stock market; and sounds friendly right ? sure.. why not meet up at the gym ? Or put on a band show "For Profit" at the Best Western ballroom ... Back to identity thievery .. everyone at the Best Western is / was a suspect ... If "no participation" is put into proof of response .. suspect gambling or Tax Fraud is added.. some folks do not gamble. Some "invest". Bender ? Nah... Tim Bender is not ruled out... But Tim Bender is suspected with misinformation or, not educated on specific topics... It is obvious, unfortunately, a human sacrifice, is demonic, and is common with starvation. .. starvation is understood by strength, not weakness ) Starvation is Biblical. Any other reasoning is "highway robbery" . I have been "stalked" by starvation.. trust that. What a roller coaster.

They are all repeats of when Stack was the host. That's why the clips are old school, they just re-narrated and focused a lot on "Updates".
