I have sliver blue hair and in my experience, the best way to get that silver-blue is to dye your hair dark blue and as it washes out it becomes more faded and gets that sliver color. I tried to get silver hair at the hair salon and I became green so I took the dark blue dye and died myself and now I have silver hair.

i actually had red hair before wanting bleached bangs and the rest black, and naturally, the black hair dye made my blonde bangs turn silver whenever i washed my hair, so possibly if you just let the bleached parts alone, they would have turned silver on it’s own as well. there was still some red dye on the right side, but it ended up disappearing after a couple washes. luckily silver isn’t hard to maintain, but i did get bored of it and just went pink after a month lol
as someone who has family members who are hair dressers and has knowledge about how to properly bleach/color hair this was slightly painful to watch HAHSJSK but honestly it turned out so cute (as usual) and it’s quite impressive
