As someone also in a ling distance relationship and with crippling trauma and anxiety it can be tough at times but communicating and listening to eachothers day to day is such a big part of it and i think you guys will do great.

I’m In a long distance relationship atm, my gf lives pretty much on the other side of the world. It’s very hard for us, and I know there’s so many more people in my position. It’s so difficult and you go through a lot. Thanks Kris for sympathising for us and everyone else in my position.

I drastically cut my own hair like a month ago from a short curly bob to just a buzz cut, so while I don't relate of having a lot of hair anymore, this is the energy I had going into it and out of it

I'm from Alberta, Canada, too, and my boyfriend is in Arizona for schooling. He's originally from New Mexico. December 16th was our 7 year anniversary and we're still long distance. All I can say is communication, patience, and trust is the key to a LDR. I love hearing you talk about Caleb. Never feel ashamed to talk about him because he's very much a part of your life now. I'm a professional effects makeup artist, and when I'm working with a client I always bring my A-game and all my good tools and products. But when I'm working on myself- like for Halloween or something- and I don't have my professional kit nearby and I just wanna make it happen: I use whatever supplies I do happen to have near to hand, and make do. Like you- a professional hair stylist- without the proper comb, and without the proper wash, or cape, or the proper mirrors: just wing it with what you've got, and trust that your experience will make it pretty good. Those skills do show themselves, even when you're not using the "good" tools, an artist is still an artist.

I would love to see a Ramona Flowers type dye job, the majority being that ginger copper, and having a spicy bright red at the tips of the front of the hair (like the framing and bangs)

Not to be bossy but try to cut only 1 or 2 inches off the first time round. That way you dont end up feeling the compulsion of wearing a hat or hoodie until your hair grows to your desired length😊 i cut my own hair once. It was great the first 4 days then it was terrible for me personally. I got lots of compliments which was spectacular but im now growing my hair out. I want to get it floor length. 😁😁
