So I recently purchased the new model for Christmas and not even 3 months later the whole unit has crashed the main box has no power I plug in other stuff to that outlet and power plug in the vacuum and nothing so I reach out even send them a video of the issues I’m having I was asking for my money back and if not I would like a new unit very polite reaching out to them give them a few days ask if any updates was told to wait and they will get back to me well it’s been 7 days and still no response back so hopefully by going on all social media platforms I can get someone in that company to actually respond back to me with some actual answers and a resolution

Also It appears that the Dreame X30 is blocked outside of china. Even when I installed a VPN on my phone it still doesnt work. I am quite scared this vacuum robot will turn into a very expensive piece of junk that cannot even connect to their Dreame App

I had to go onto social media and express my concerns as well as having to call them all in all they are offering a refund but this whole process has taken close to a month I have yet to return the vacuum since I just got the shipping label I will say the customer service is not up to my standards I was asked to send them my contact information so they could mail out a return label and almost a week later I get an email with a return label I will give them credit if I get my refund they at least have done something right on that end but the process has been very difficult so unfortunately I would not recommend them

I get your point, but I think, that their hair cutting feature is a good new thing for example. I also building vacuum robots as a hobby and my main focus is on stair climbing robots.
