In my humble personal opinion, if you told Tenz the same exact rules as the other 3 and he used what gun is best suited for that rule set then he won fair and square. Strategy is a huge part of video games.
Tenz’s 29 points should count, he respected the same rules as the other three. They could’ve also used a marshall if they wanted to. Knowing which gun to use to your advantage is also a big part of Valorant
I think the point was to use rifles. However, I think he could have gotten at least one more point if he used the same rifle on his third try rather than the sniper, so i think he would've at least tied the game.
I used to go paintball all the time when I was a bit younger, we wore shorts/sweats(to slide) and shirts also, only places we covered were our crotch with a sports cup and our throats with scarfs. @@TheNynax idk, as a guy that plays a lot of airsoft, pavlov VR is pretty close. obviously you don't feel the weight of the gun in VR but looking through the scope/sights to line up a shot feels basically the same. never shot a real gun so i've never had to handle recoil, but i feel like aiming a single shot with a real gun vs with an airsoft gun is basically the same thing (even if you break your wrist and drop the gun, that will happen after you shot the thing you aimed at)
@TheNynax yeah, it definitely wouldn't be perfect, but I think the meditative focus and the muscle control from shooting might make my VR aim better than my mouse aim, which doesn't use those as much or at least doesn't have the practice to implement them

That was a great event. Using the BTS set was genius and the freedom the casters had made me like them way more than usually. Ludwig and his team are really goated at making these events happen.
Kinda figured they would all be similar. It’s hand eye coordination in a way that is pretty dissimilar to mouse and keyboard aiming. The real test is to get 2 Val teams to fight in a paintball battle.
Aiming and using guns in video games, especially VR gives you a good knowledge of guns and how to use them. A good example is SwaggerSouls picking up a gun he's never touched before and knowing how to load it and whatnot
