    Great video! I know you have members that are osteopenic. I am one of them at 70 yrs old. Going over and explaining zipping up and when to zip up has been extremely useful. Thank you so very much, Dr Bri

      Thanks, Francine! I'm glad you had a chance to watch. THANK YOU for emphasizing the importance of zipping up to stabilize the core and protect the bones and joings. Zipping is key, along with maintaining proper alignment (i.e., hinging at the hips to bend forward rather than flexing/hunching/rounding the spine)

    The lift program works girls if you have a number one or two prolapse. It is fabulous!!! I do lift everyday.

    Is it possiable to retrain your bladder ? I’m getting up every two hours overnight to pee and I’m wondering if it has become a habit have you ever done a video on this?

      Hey there,
      If you’re getting up every two hours, you should consider looking into or talking to your dr about pelvic floor physical therapy. If your dr doesn’t know enough about it, call your insurance company. Most will allow physical therapy without a referral. It’s life changing- sleeping through the night! I pray that you find relief soon. There is so much you can do to relieve symptoms, at the very least.
