I have only watched a couple of these interviews, i dont know if these people have been out there on the street for so long that they foget manners...but she puts her feet/shoes on the dash, on his car seat. This man is allowing you in his space,most likely giving you a few bucks. To me thats Rude.
I'm sure a dirty dashboard is the least of Jeff's concern. He's a literal lifeline to Tori and her family. Her mindset is in survival mode. It's a shame she has to live on the street.

It is not the total people of the US that want these streets filled with trash and needles; it is only the disinterested political parties that "govern" these horrible areas.

Sometimes, the parents don't have to be addicts themselves. All it takes is parental desertion... not being there for love and leadership.
