Just so you know, that's how all the title-based CBs work. If you take a ruler's primary title in a war and they don't have a secondary one of the same rank (e.g. King of Scotland AND King of England) then he becomes a vassal under that title you took and All the direct vassals of that title (which were all his vassals and him if he had only one title of that rank) become yours. If you took the kingdom title off a guy who ruled the entire world but no empires or other kingdoms, then you take the entire world as soon as you beat him.
I know it would just be even more broken but I wish you could invade empires like the AI does as Genghis Khan. Also, the AI does get the Submit to the Great Khan decision even if it’s a player, it’s just kind of rare. Sometimes new territory won’t be from vassal conquests but rather new vassals.
