      You can calculate through apps like HealthifyMe etc. One should have a rough idea about it. It's not necessary to measure it every day and be 100% accurate.

      Take anywhere between 1.2 to 1.6 kg/ bdy weight with some resistance training 3-4 times a week. And ensure exercise jo karte ho aap, techniques aacha kar lijiye else baad main injury hoga
