I used ProV1 for about 3 years and really liked it. Last season I figured I'd give ProV1X a try and after 10 rounds I decided the ProV1 definitely suits me best. The X just went a bit too high and spun a bit too much. If I had between 80 and 130 yards in, I would ofter spin it off the green where ProV1 would hit and stop or only back up a few feet.
I'm a 13 handicap who has gamed all three. My summary pros/cons specific for me: ProV1 is great all around but short off the tee (like 30+ yards shorter). ProV1X is long off the tee but the spin is very hard to control on full approaches, often with the dual 'harm' of both ballooning and coming up short, then spinning back hard. Left Dash is the longest off the tee, best combo of flight and spin for full approaches, but feels hard chipping/pitching.
Compared to Pro V1, Pro V1x or Pro V1x Left Dash - AVX has a lower flight with a slightly shallower angle of descent. AVX will also spin less across all shots and has a softer feel.

spinning 80 yard shots off the green? thats some savage spin right there!
left dash is the best golf ball ever made in the history of the sport
Played all 3. Love the soft feel of the pro v, love the distance of the left dash. The x is too spinny for me. Staying with the pro v1

30 yards is kinda unbelievable between these two balls… what kind of distance are we talking about?
It's not 30 yards shorter son. You just mishit the ball.
If you’re a 13 you shouldn’t be playing any of these golf balls
30yds between prov1 vs prov1x is just user error
What ball then?@@connerobrien6878
AVX?

will the left dot be more available to the public?
Love the pro-v
Any plans to bring the ProV1 Left Dot back to retail?
Pro V1 is the golf ball G.O.A.T.
Was this filmed at the The Country Club?
Titleist... let's create a "two dash".. with the distance of left dash... with the spin characteristics and soft feel of prov1
What is left dash
Anyone know who that gorgeous host of this video is
Her name is Bryne Walker. Philly girl trying to make it on the LPGA tour. Delightful person.
I love how they didn’t really explain anything and left it vague
I play the Pro V1 and love it. My question is: Who is the beautiful female doing this infomercial?
where is the left dot?
