These cozy dinner ideas are easy to make.
The miso butter mushroom pasta is super quick and easy to make, it only takes around 15 minutes. It's a twist on traditional Japanese homecooking!
Lasagne takes more time, but you're cooking a lot here, so it's perfect to freeze for a really tasty meal prep. 😋
Here is the ingredient list for the Lasagna:
Lasagna recipe (4 servings / 1 casserole):
For the ragu
🥕 1 carrot
🥬 1-2 sticks celery
🧅 1 onion
🌿 Fresh parsley or basil (I only hat dried basil in hand, this also works)
🍅 10g tomato paste
🥫 1 can cut tomatoes
🍖 500g ground beef
🍷 Some cooking wine
🧂 Salt & pepper
For the bechamel sauce
🌾 Flour
🧈 Butter
🥛 Milk
🧂 Nutmeg
🧂 Salt & Pepper
Pasta: One box of lasagna plates
Topping: shredded cheese
