Bend, Oregon is a charming little mountain town located at the base of the Cascades along the Deschutes River. Not only is it home to the last Blockbuster Video on the planet, but it's also home to some of the most beautiful natural wonders in the Pacific Northwest.
With its many rivers, trails, mountains, lakes, and forests, Bend is a nature-lovers dream come true. It's also known for the dozens of craft breweries and restaurants that have set up shop to deliver fresh, local fare with loads of PNW personality.
Bend, Oregon is a hidden gem that offers guests a little bit of everything. Whether you're an adventurous-type who wants to make a week out of exploring the high dessert and mountainous forests or more of a city slicker in search of places to shop, dine, and get pampered, Bend is the perfect place to plan a vacation virtually any time of the year. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, Bend is one of the best places in central Oregon to bring your family for a vacation that they won't soon forget.

my Personal favorite Spots in and around Bend is Cultus and Crescent Lakes which is just off of the Cascade Lakes Highway, I also like Mount Bachelor because I grew up skiing there on the slopes my favorite run is Marshmallow off of the Sunrise Accelerator Lift on the Northern side of Sunrise Lodge just off of Century Drive and my other favorite run is a double black diamond at the top of Mt Bachelor and the runs i recommend on overcast days or powder days are Pine Marten, Sunrise, Kangaroo and Northwest Express runs, a 3rd thing I've to in Bend is hiking at Smith Rock, Smith Rock is more closer to Terrebonne and Redmond but a lot of people from bend either locals or tourists come to Smith rock
